Currently I am a 501st PFC  on CWRP, an Inferno Agent on IRP. I am also an IRP Administrator (Ex-Staff Manager) and Security staff on CWRP (Ex Super-Admin).

Of course, many a time often to disspell arguments with battalion during my time in RC, however I understand it has since changed so I have refreshed my memory of it prior to writing this application.

Do you meet the requirements:

I do indeed. I resigned a month ago today from 41st SpecOps LTCOL and have spoken with Breatoking to enquire on just how recent a resignation can be in order for a Battalion application to still be valid.

I was tiered as security staff for using noclip to avoid training a cadet, I disputed this quite a fair bit and will still maintain that this was not the case and it was misconstrued, the tier was invalid and I am more than happy to go over this if it will be an issue.

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment (If so explain the reason):

I believe I was blacklisted from 501st due to the same issue surrounding my tier, again this was lifted and I am more than happy to dispute this further if needs be as I do believe it was a very convoluted situation.

What is the Battalion Motto:

"Lead your mean to death, Honour is better than surrender" (Which I still think makes absolutely no sense as battalion cant actually order suicide pushes, only VA+ can.)

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):

A member of Battalion is tasked with running the base both in the day to day during defcon 5 and also when in defence of any base attacks, or even planetary operations. This can go from granting and denying landings / takeoffs all the way to leading full scale planetary incursions for the GAR.

A battalion member may be tasked with the supervision of a regiment, not acting as a fourth hierarchy member but as a watchful eye for Admiralty, reporting any wrongdoings or better of, any exceptional performance of all members within their supervised regiment, including and most importantly the Commander, Vice Commander and Executive Officer.

If permitted by the regimental hierarchy and authorised by High Command, the supervisor may also conduct both NCO trainings and Tryouts, in the absence of any SOs or RH they may also lead their supervised regiment during battle, given they have not been tasked with leading the entire republic force currently undergoing said operation.

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):

Well, when it comes to experience I think I am plentiful aswell as maturity and seriousness however as shown by my previous exploits (Both IC/OOC) I am also fairly approachable and able to get along with most people, even if it goes against my own wishes in order to complete the task at hand.

As stated prior I have led many base attacks and even a planetary or two, just on CWRP this was at a point when there was often a lack of Battalion around, I am experienced with the Voice Amp too. Of course on IRP as Vice-Admiral I led my fair share of events also.

I understand completely how the server should function and how others should behave, aswell as being self aware to the point of understanding that Battalion is a highly esteemed position and is looked up to by a lot of the troops and so I will be expected to carry out my duty as such. 

OOC: 
Seen by my time as staff manager, aswell as a long lasting super admin on both server I can be trusted with high positions which hold a fair bit of power and can be expected not to exercise this in anyway which may be deemed detrimental to the server, again I will happily dispute my one Temporary Tier in about 2 and a half years of staffing which I still think, pardon my language was completely horseshit.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank?

Of course, I would not wish to tarnish the badge.

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):

As explained prior, a Battalion member should be with their supervised regiment assisting them with both leading and fighting as they see fit, they should never however be running around brashly in the fray and should attempt to remain as safe of a position as they can be whilst still supporting their troops. 

They may also be tasked with Co-leading an event where they are expected to give suggestions to their comrade who is leading the main republic force, during a Co-lead they should also be granting/denying requests with consideration for what the leading Battalion thinks, this is to allow the main Leader to be able to conduct the GAR as smoothly and with as little afterthought as possible.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?

1. You must host an open training,
2. Of course, you must Lead a base attack and conduct the debrief afterwards,
3. Finally, leading a planetary operation is the last step in becoming a fully fledged member of Battalion.

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:

Anything up to and below CPT.

I am a broke, starving finnish kid, and the one day I get food I smell his foul foul stench all the way to finland making me unable to eat and ruining my only weekly meal. Because of this abuse i feel like he would be a great addition to battalion as he already has experience in abusing children
