What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words?:
The Site Director is responsible for managing and overseeing operations on the site. They handle tasks such as operational management, personnel supervision, security and containment, research oversight, communication, and crisis management to ensure the effective containment of anomalous phenomena and the safety of personnel, as well as hold a cigarette 40% of the time. Jokes aside, the site director is there to bring a stable workspace for the personnel of the foundation, as well as be a commanding authority to some, a guiding figure to others, bringing stability to the site is what it needs at all times.

Past experience in leadership positions?:
Currently I hold the position of Site Director. However, there are a few other leadership roles I have possessed in the past such as E-11 Commander, Head of External Affairs, The Ethics Committee and as well as the Head of the Manufacturing Department, alongside a few surface jobs such as MC&D Salesman, etc. Unfortunately my memory is failing me, considering the server's up time has been quite a long time ago, I wrote the roles according to my roles and past leadership experience that I can ACTUALLY remember. To add, I've had previous Staff/Senior Staff positions on the server, giving me a few other skills that I've developed during my staff times.

Rate your RP Skills on a scale of 1-10:
Considering the server has been down for a very long time, I was able to hone my roleplaying skills, giving
me the confidence to reply with a strong 8. At least, around this given number.

Rate your communication skills from 1-10:
I rate it 7, around this given number.

What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted?:
In this role, I anticipate regular discussions with management to strategize for the future, discuss permissions, and ensure Site Directors' adherence on site. I also aim to encourage open communication and collaboration among team members, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Leveraging my skills in strategic planning, operational efficiency and leadership. I strive to optimize processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations, as well as swiftly manage the applicants wishing to join the Site Directors.

What additional information would you like to share?:
release scp beta pls or entire server even better pls
all oil replies to the application are INVALID this is SERIOUS thanks

+1

From the short time i've known him I can very safely tell you that this guy can be trusted with high ranking positions with pretty much no risk of abuse of that rank. Simple but well put together application and from what I've heard from other people calling, him trustworthy is deserved.

"+1 considering Kaneki is a competent guy and has shown leadership skills. I truly believe he will do a good job if he gets accepted into management. He’s very understanding and helpful to those around him. If people bring up what he did years ago with the pac3 incident, you’re unironically subhuman"
