Why do you want to join the Chaos Insurgency?: At the beginning, I always heard about the chaos rebellion, and I did not know what it was, but one day I ran out of patience and I watched the movements of all people until I found a person trying to sneak to a strange place enough at the abandoned train station I followed him without knowing that I followed him and continued to monitor him until one of the people was killed What seems like a security guard and when I killed him, I heard some security guard chasing and screaming ci ci After that I escaped from the place and I could not sleep for several days and ran out of patience again and I was curious so that I know the identity of these people until I found this site that gives me the ability to communicate with you as I do now

You heard that COTBG is wanted from the Foundation for taking SCP-1370. As you are heading over to Gate A, you see COTBG leaving with SCP-1370. What do you do?: Keep it in safe hands

 

You and your fellow operatives are inside the foundation, You spot 3 different ways to cause havoc. Option A: You see 2 engineers that are currently doing maintenance on a containment chamber. Option B: You see the SD currently talking to the HR. Option  You see 3 D-Class being escorted by an MTF guard what do you do and why?: The third option is to help me if something unexpected happens

 

You and another GOI have made in terms to form a temporary alliance to hack into the Foundation Server. As the hack is currently at 50%, you can hear people forming a plan to do an attack at any moment. What do you do?: I tell my friends about their plan and try to make a trap for them

As you hear over the intercoms, Containment Specialists are bringing Class Ds and are ready to activate the Femur Breaker to contain SCP-106. What can you bring to the Chaos Insurgency: I've been a part of this server for about 5 years now and in all that time I have gained a lot of experience.
I know everything about almost every group, reaching from lore in the SCP universe to the actual purpose in the game. I can assure you, that if I get the chance to be a part of the Chaos Insurgency once again, I will definitely bring useful knowledge with me. Apart from that, I can also tell you right of the bat, that I am a really good student, if I actually want to learn the stuff, people try to teach me and I can confirm, that this is indeed something I find very interesting and something I am also ready to dedicate my time to.
 
Why do you want to join the Chaos Insurgency?: The past couple of weeks I've seen how the "foundation" treats their prisoners. I've played as a Class-D myself a lot, but those last weeks really opened my eyes. The security in the foundation is completely out of control. They are literally treating the Class-D's like crap. They don't just regularly shoot one Class-D, because he was not following orders, no, they are often simply firing at a whole crowd of them, not caring whether they hit their actual target. I've seen cases, where they literally "sprayed down" a whole group of D-Class, because one of them was acting out. Sometimes It seems like they find it amusing to unload their whole magazine at once. I can't let this just happen day after day, without doing something against it. I want to go in there and help them get out of there. That's why I want to join the Chaos Insurgency.

Please explain in your own words what the Chaos Insurgency and Slate Thunder is (Copying may result in a blacklist): Some people might not believe it, but the Chaos Insurgency was not always the seemingly heroic group it is today. The Chaos Insurgency was not always fighting against the foundation. There was a time when the Chaos Insurgency's name was not known to anyone, seeing as the group's name was not always the "Chaos Insurgency". Back in 1924 the very group, we today know as the Chaos Insurgency, was first created, consisting of loyal members of the Red Right Hand. Only back then the group, which was only known to the members of the O5 Council, was labeled the "Insurgency".

The Insurgency's purpose was to execute operations, which some people might find ethically questionable. This was also one of the reasons, why the Insurgency was only known to the members of the O5 Council. Operations like those the Insurgency was responsible for, would have "stained" the foundation's clean slate, which was why the task force and it's operations were kept secret. All this worked out pretty well, until there was a so called "Foundation Civil War", between 1924 and 1926. There were two sides - one called the Loyalist's and one called the Triad. Soon enough "The Triad" lost the civil war and the remaining survivors created what we now know as the Chaos Insurgency. 

The event's that took place, between 1924 and 1926, of course never went public. The official cover up story was, that a foundation task force went rogue and stole a variety of SCP's. Only foundation personnel with access to "SLATE THUNDER" knew the whole story.
 
What are the primary goals of the Chaos Insurgency: The Chaos Insurgency's primary goal is to inflict as much damage to the foundation as possible. They achieve this by executing coordinated raids on a variety of different foundation site's. During those raids, the Chaos Insurgency tries to induce havoc throughout the whole facility. They make use of this chaos to cover up their actual plans. Those plan's mostly consist of stealing classified information, kidnapping high ranking foundation personnel or freeing prisoners. 
 
When was the Chaos Insurgency founded?: The Chaos Insurgency was founded in 1948, while the Insurgency was founded in 1924.

What is your character's backstory (Keep in mind, having edgy backstory will get you denied) (250 words minimum): I was born in Germany and I grew up in a normal family. My life back then was pretty basic. I got normal grades in school, I had normal friend's, I finished school like everyone else... Everything in my life was pretty much normal and quite honestly a little boring. 

I was always interested in becoming a police officer though. It was one of my only goals and I did everything in my power to get there. I always thought of police officer's as honorable - I always thought of them as righteous human beings. After several attempts of applying to our local police department here in Germany, I took all my courage and moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2014. I applied to the LAPD and I actually got accepted. I had my interview, I met new people... Overall everything was going as planned. I can still remember my first day as a beat cop, I felt like this was the perfect job for me. 

On the 14th July 2016 everything pretty much changed for me. It was a pretty normal day. The sun was shining, people were outside and overall just having a great day. At approximately 6:00 PM I suddenly got a shots fired call right around the corner from where I was at. There was already one officer on scene and I would be the second to arrive. It only took me about one minute until I got there.  Once I arrived on scene I got out of my vehicle and heard the other officer shouting at someone. It sounded like it was coming from an alleyway next to me. I ran around the corner and suddenly saw the first responding officer aiming his gun at some guy. He looked like he was homeless. I was walking towards him, when I suddenly heard a loud bang. That day an innocent homeless man got shot, because he reached for his ID. But the report said something else - The officer apparently acted out of self defense. The same day I went to my supervisor and told him, that the victim was unarmed. He told me "that's not how things work around here". One day later I quit. Many month's had passed and I was about to move back to Germany, when some guy in a black suit suddenly starting talking to me. He knew everything about me - He knew my name, he knew where I had worked and what I had witnessed. He told me he had evidence, that would support my claim - He would only need me to accept an offer... That was the day I joined the Chaos Insurgency.
 
You heard that COTBG is wanted from the Foundation for taking SCP-1370. As you are heading over to Gate A, you see COTBG leaving with SCP-1370. What do you do?: It would most likely depend on our current relationship, but I would try to escort them to their base. There are two main reason's why I would do this: It would better relations between CI and COTBG and it would inflict damage to the foundation. 
 
You and your fellow operatives are inside the foundation, You spot 3 different ways to cause havoc. Option A: You see 2 engineers that are currently doing maintenance on a containment chamber. Option B: You see the SD currently talking to the HR. Option  You see 3 D-Class being escorted by an MTF guard what do you do and why?: Although both other options also sound pretty promising, I would most likely attack the D-Class escort. I would get the chance to recruit three Class-D's as Sigma's, once I got them out of the facility and I would also get access to foundation comms, which could be useful for future attacks. However I would first of all check the escort's surrounding and wait until we can attack without anybody noticing. 
 
You and another GOI have made in terms to form a temporary alliance to hack into the Foundation Server. As the hack is currently at 50%, you can hear people forming a plan to do an attack at any moment. What do you do?: I would immediately inform my squad as well as the surrounding allied GOI members and attack the hostiles, before they can execute their plan. I would do this because it would make their attack-plan useless and also prevent the group of hostiles from getting bigger and thereby gain an advantage.
 
You breached SCP-106 to cause havoc and chaos in the Foundation. As you hear over the intercoms, Containment Specialists are bringing Class D's and are ready to activate the Femur Breaker to contain SCP-106. What do you do ?: I would immediately locate the D-Class escort and terminate the Containment Specialist's. It would be fatal to let them reach SCP-106's containment chamber, as they would be able to active the Femur Breaker and thereby re-contain SCP-106.

Please explain the Foundation Civil War (http://www.scp-wiki.net/slate-thunder) the foundation civil war was caused when a small group of agents goes absent without leave in 1924 with several useful SCPS and then later when the civil war had happened there were to sides which they had the loyalists on one side the triad on the other,  but the triad had lost and the handful of survivors formed what would become the chaos insurgency

What is your character's backstory (Keep in mind, having edgy backstory will get you denied) (250 words minimum):billy guck was 10 when he had moved to america with his father and that he loved the military when he was 18 he had then joined the military and served for 5 years but then one day he had came across an anomaly which he had terminated before they had the chance to attack MTF forces came and saw what he had did and they had offered him a job as a MTF which he had immediatly took thinking it would be a good opportunity but until the foundation civil war happened he had went with the chaos insurgency to help them bring down the foundation

 
You spot a GOI with a high valuable anomaly that can be used for the Chaos Insurgency. However, this organization is highly guarded and keeps a close eye on the anomaly. As you are noticing all this, you hear over the comms that the Foundation is going to come and take the anomaly from the GOI . What do you do?: i wait for backup to arrive and to radio in everything i see and to make sure they arent moving it elsewhere 
 
You and your fellow operatives are inside the foundation, You spot 3 different ways to cause havoc. Option A: You see the O5 with another man in a suit, identity has been leaked, guarded by A-1 Agents and other MTFs. Option B: You see the SD currently talking to HoEA about matters regarding a recent raid from a GOI:  You see 3 D-Class being escorted by an MTF guard what do you do and why?(Remember to only do one option, not all 3) : option c as the d class will be a great distraction for the MTF staff and it will give me a chance to cause havoc
 
As you and your fellow insurgents have successfully raided and got into the Foundation, you soon discover that there is currently a meeting going on with the Site Administration on how they can deal with the current conflicts going on inside the Foundation. As you get near the meeting room, you see the door to the meeting room is heavily guarded. What do you do?: radio in to the other operatives to come to the meeting room and assist with killing the guards and capturing the site administration
 
You breached SCP-106 to cause havoc and chaos in the Foundation. As you hear over the intercoms, Containment Specialists are bringing Class Ds and are ready to activate the Femur Breaker to contain SCP-106. What do you do?: i would let them because it would cause a good enough distraction to release more scps and to create more havoc

Please explain in your own words what the Chaos Insurgency and Slate Thunder is (Copying may result in a blacklist):  Slate Thunder is a code name for the orientation program for CI recruits to understand how we act. At the start of the Chaos Insurgency was a Mobile Task Force known only by O5 Staff. 24 years later the group went A.W.O.L, taking Researchers and anomalies with them. During 1948 The CI Began to remove several SCP's objects and some researchers from the Foundation to safe locations, in that year the CI conducted multiple raids. During which the Insurgency officially changed their name to  "The Chaos Insurgency".

 

What are the primary goals of the Chaos Insurgency: To harness and use SCP's to form a new world and to use them as weapons against the Foundation.

Roleplaying Name(You will use this name when playing CI): Agent Deer

 

What is your character's backstory (Keep in mind, having edgy backstory will get you denied) (250 words minimum): Deer was born in Moscow, 1952 and lived in a small farming village with his father. His father was almost never home, but when he did he did not stay for long but would always bring back something new to play with for Deer. In 1968 he got his first job at a local hunting store. Deer was very fascinated in any type of gun. Two years later he asked his dad if he could join the armed forces, his dad did not want him to. One month later a job salesmen came to the village and gave out flyers for a government job. There was no info on the job just a number and a symbol. Three months later Deer's dad was reported missing in the newspaper Deer was confused and worried but pushed on forward. In 1971 Deer decided to join the Russian Armed Forces, during that time he had seen a strange object in a container. The container had the same symbol that was on the flyer. 2 years later in the military the same salesmen he had seen years ago was at the base, it seems he was recruiting people who had the flyer, Deer ran over to see what was going on and decided to hop in the line. Deer did not realize what he had just joined, there was a contract for being a security guard at a very secure location. He signed the contract hoping his life would become more exciting, 2 days later everyone who signed the contract was being transported to the secure location. When they arrived five armed men escorted us into the bunker like place, The elevator door had the same symbol that was on the container. They brought us into a meeting room and debriefed on what this place is, everyone was shocked, I had not realized I had just join the SCP Foundation. 1 year later a malfunction happened with the security system and opened up a majority of the SCP's CC. I was up in heavy containment when this happened, 14 minutes later a full site lockdown was enabled. I remembered my training and rushed to the nearest evac shelter, when I got there four scientists, three D-class, and two guards including me. 1 hour later I fell asleep hoping to ease my mind a bit, when I woke up it was a blood bath in the evac shelter. There was five MTF units dead, two LT's, three assault units, and one Commander, the commander had a 04 keycard in his hand and I took it. I made my way to Gate A as fast as I could, I used the card to open the gate then rushed to the small elevator. When I got to the surface I was ambushed and thrown to the ground, I was then quickly gagged and blindfolded. They were in a rush almost sprinting, Two minutes later I heard and explosion in the distance. I was thrown into the back of a car muffled voices surrounded me they took off my blindfold, and sitting next to me was my father. They took me to a old bunker facility took my gag off and cuffs, my father explained to me who they were and what the Foundation was doing. They took me to a nice looking room and my father gave me two decisions Join them or have freedom under a new alias but could never say anything about them. I had nothing left to go back to, I decided to join them so I could have some excitement in my life. 3 years later I was told that I would be brought to the town of Ovis to aid in the discovery of a possible Foundation location.
