So my brother tryed to bring d class personnal to the surface 2 times i cuffed him everytime so he stayed in the cells for 5min each time then he rdmed me viktor warned him then he mass rdmed and got banned then i needed to rejoin cause i got kicked when i spawned as d class the console banned me for bypassing an existent ban then i wrote Viktor on discord he said i should put something up the forums then i made this fast unban appeal

Like Maurice said, the console would just reban you as long as one of the two accounts is banned. The only solution is to wait out your brother's 24 hour ban, and then manually remove the permaban from both accounts.

Even if it was your "brother" there is simply no way for staff to differentiate between you two. 

So the ban can't be enforced properly without you being banned.
