Quick summary about you: Ok, so my name is Ahmed and I live in the UK, I am studying in high school right now and I have a lot of passion for video games as I would consider it as a hobby. In my free time I mainly play video games or I would be watching TV or studying. I am 15 years of age and I also have a lot of interest in the Star wars topic and I like to learn a lot about the lore. I also am interested in Computing and Science as they both seem like very interesting topics to study and it is what I am studying in school also.

What should we pick you for Battalion: I think you should pick me for Battalion is that I can be a serious person and I hope this can be shown as I have been hierarchy in a law regiment that is supposed to be serious, having a serious attitude as a Battalion member shows that you are capable of running the base and leading people into battle and makes you a lot more of a responsible person. Another reason that I feel like I am fit for Battalion is that I have a lot of activity per week and it is a very strong attribute as I can also be there if no other Battalion members are online or are busy at the time so the base can be kept under control. I have a lot of experience in other regiments also as I have been GM Lieutenant Colonel, CG Vice Commander. I also have been in GC as an NCO and CE as an ET. I know the last two aren’t very high ranks but I understand the basics of the regiment so if I were to supervise any of those regiments I would have a lot of understanding and would be able to grasp things about the regiment a lot more quicker and easier than other members in Battalion. I hope you can understand that I would really appreciate given a chance to prove myself that I am capable for Battalion

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) The role and responsibilities of Battalion is to make sure the base is running smoothly and nobody is breaking any major rules. They are also tasked with supervising a regiment at the rank of Battalion 2nd LT and above. Their job is to overwatch this regiment and report how the regiment is doing to Battalion command. They also are responsible for doing weekly trainings with the regiment to make sure that they are skilled with the training that they are doing. Another responsibility that Battalion have to uphold is that they are tasked with leading the base into battle to ensure a smooth and swift victory and making sure it doesn’t risk a lot of deaths of clones and they are to help the regiment they supervise in events if they are not leading.

 

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why) I have been demoted in CG when I was Staff Officer once for general incompetence and allowing rules to be broken and a bunch of rule breaking which didn't make CG look good at all so I understand why I was demoted from the rank that I was. https://gyazo.com/64cd36b41ba8dd9a8a7fb4a71b70d3b0 .However, I hope you can understand this was almost 4 months ago and I had learnt from my mistakes as I got VC. The second time I got demoted was from T EXO to COL as my trial period ended, I don’t think it should be here but I’m just putting it here just in case.

 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, I do.

 

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) When Battalion are not leading in events they are supposed to support the regiment that they supervise or just assist pushes and listen to the commanding Battalion’s orders. Also they are to help and support anyone or anywhere if necessary with any skills that are helpful/useful to help aid the attack. Obviously as Battalion they cannot just order a regiment to go somewhere or do something in the event but if they are on search and destroy for example they can always suggest to search a room or an area.

 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

 

-Doing a training of some sort with faces, formations and questions

 

-Successfully leading an event

 

-Calling and doing a debrief

 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The job of a co-leader in Battalion during events is to help whoever is leading with suggestions on where to go, where to send troops and to take over from the leader if necessary and to also grant or deny anything whilst the leader is giving out orders to regiments and people in the event.

Managed to get to Vice Commander in CG. Pretty impressive.

Can be quite immature at times, as well as slightly toxic, even when you were Vice Commander. 
You left that VC spot, joined GC, then CE and then went back to CG trooper all in a very short amount of time? Not necessarily a bad thing, however it shows you're not really too motivated to stay in one regiment and, that may not be a thing that Battalion want right now.

+1 very mature from my past experience with him as VC and in GC hes wanted to get batt for a while but there not been a chance as he had to put a lot of hours in Cg to keep it stable. Hybrid I dont think you comment on immaturity or things in that nature as you been a quite a big minge and for him to get VC shows that he is mature

Disagree, Think he did well as CG VC, Never really had an issue. 

Has recently left CGVC but still has that experience and in Jedi he has put alot of effort in.

Improved alot since he used to be a SO. Proved he can get hierarchy after people doubted him.

Im gonna leave a +1 Here, He used to be quite "interesting" at SO, But since then he has Improved a Lot, He used to be CG Vice Commander, Did a Great Job as a Hierarchy Member. Put Lots of Effort in Jedi too. He would do alright, Just needs to watch his mouth sometime.

(Kinda hypocritical from my past but it is what it is) However since leaving CG VC you have been GC, CE and back to CG within very little timing. What is to say that you don't as evil said leave once HL is released. 

Personally I believe that you are completely competent for the role however the role would be best used by someone else.

I’d just like to clarify that I am going to stay if I do get it as it would be pointless to work on this application for a while and just leave cause of HLRP. Personally I do not think balancing the hours on both HLRP and Star Wars RP is that hard, seeming as many people from NRP are active on SWRP and NRP as somewhat high ranks

Known him throughout the old GM days and to be fair back then he was a minge but I can definitely say that throughout his time in CG he has improved and become a lot more competent. Also Evilgejf I don’t know who you’re calling a minge when you’re blacklisted from almost every regiment and you have more than 20 warns.

From my past experiences with Mojave, they have mainly been positive. From time to time his behaviour had been poor within CG - whilst I was Commander - however he never let this dis motivate him, hence him being able to achieve the rank of Vice Commander. The only negative recently I can think of is your resignation, going from GC to CE and then back to CG within a short amount of time, but other than that I think you are the most suited candidate so far other than Corn.

I think people using HL as an excuse to leave negative feedback don't actually realise that people can balance out their time on each server. Being Battalion, you don't need to be as active as some may say.

Feel like you have jumped a around a bit. You did pretty well as VC of CG so big up for that!

Haven't been back long enough to really judge your character but iv'e know you to be mingy and immature at times which isn't a bad thing but people say you tend to do it at the wrong times. I think if you stayed as VC and didn't jump around as much as you did when you left this would be an easy +1.
