Rate Your RP Skills: 9/10 What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-6, 'The American' How do you initiate a lockdown/unlockdown?: By using /lockdown and /unlockdown, if I remember correctly. How do you Initiate a nuke?: Get to the nuke room using your CL5 keycard, call for someone with the power to initiate the nuke to watch you RP pressing the button and then have it done. This will only be done in DIRE situations, a mass-breach, several attacks on foundation and breaches, etc. If you are found to launch the nuke for no reason, you'll be demoted and banned for MRDM. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe I should be part of the O5 council because I believe I have experiences in jobs since my last appointment as O5 in the SeriousRP sector, Chairman of the CAB and Director of the CMU in HL2RP servers. As O5, I obviously won't be doing the things that I did there, as I am not the group manager nor does a regular O5 do those things, but I think they have matured me and weaved me fit for this position. I have lore knowledge of the O5 council and the foundation in general. I hold myself together in tough situations, as I will have said in the 'what makes me special' section. The answer to this question is mostly in the answer to that, there is no reason to re-type without copy-pasting. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: The O5 is the ruling body and overseeing council of the Foundation, they control every site and every task force not just 1 site. They reside over everyone and everything in certain situations; they oversee the site and Administration when they are active, and will decide on any decision that the other Administration cannot. They differ from SDs as they don't work on 1 site, they oversee every site and have permission to do almost anything. More is said in the below question, and it can be used to answer this one. No need to re-type. What is the O5 Council?: The Overseer 5 council are a group of 12 members that hold level 5 clearance within the foundation; they are the overseers of the foundation, they are the ones who decide on the most important decisions. They are shrouded in mystery, every member is secret and no one knows who they are. Due to risk, they cannot come into contact with any SCP, anomalous employed foundation members do not count. Most people are afraid of them, since they hold charge over one of the most fearsome organisations in History. They have access to everything to do with the foundation, Clearance Level 5 having access to every single document created by the foundation. Only O5s and selected administration have CL5. The O5 council are old, they unlocked eternal youth, and as long as they don't get killed or demoted they will stay alive for a very long time. Most council members are over 80 years old, and the ones that aren't will probably live over their 80s. Because of this, O5s have a lot of experience and knowledge, mostly in the foundation and GOIs, as well as knowledge of older times. This means they always have to be guarded, one slipup, the O5 is captured and leaks all information on the foundation. Explain what makes you special: I believe what makes me special is my determination and, now, maturity. Earlier in the council I got removed for mingery which was deserved, although I believe now I have the capability to lead as an O5 and be mature and purely RP-Focused, as, when I left W-G for a while and joined HL2RP, I had learned and believed to have almost perfected. I'm determined to get the position and be active in it, trying to help our group managers in making the O5 council an active and functional organisation. My confidence and determination also makes me special, I think that it makes me look like I should be on the council IC'ly and OOC'ly, which I believe I should be. It makes my decisions and overall leadership look valid, which they are. I hold myself together is pressuring situations, able to multi-task and make hard decisions at the same time. I actually enjoy playing administration jobs, like most applying for whitelisted jobs, and I can bring my love for the jobs to the concept of activity. If I get the whitelist, I will be active, probably almost every day. I try to main the Administration jobs whenever I'm on. I think I have enough lore knowledge of the O5 council, and lore of the server to know what I can and can't do. I've studied the rules quite thoroughly, and think I am competent at leading as an O5. What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): The Security department preferably, yet if that is taken I'll happily take any other at discretion of the group manager(s). The second option would be MTF. You do not, however, do anything more than that. There is nothing that individualises you from another player. I've highlighted a part of it. You claim to have experience in group management and all that. We ask you this; "So what?". It doesn't show us why you should be apart of the council. Perhaps some justification or expansion would do you well. It's like interviewing somebody with all the talents but no flair, if you get my gist I suppose. Good luck. For now, -1. Link to comment

HL2RP and SCPRP are two different things, and with your low playtime I believe that you need to learn the server climate, and how things work before you are given a position such as O5. Youre right that I don’t show why I should be in the council, and I will make edits when I get the time to encapsulate that. I’m becoming more active, too. Johnwickisblak 226 Share Posted September 23, 2020 (edited) Denied Unknown within the SCP community, Doesn't reach bare requirements needed for O5's, Some sections are worded weirdly or partially incorrect. (I respect that you do you have High Ranks within other Servers to show that you are mature, but this is SCP-RP and it isn't the same as other servers.) Re-Apply once you hit the Basic Requirements.
