What your suggestion is: Addition of the Hologram Tool.

Any additional information: With this Tool, EPs and Staff can create actual Holograms. Left Click makes props, entities or ragdolls appear like a hologram, right click will make you look like a hologram. This can obviously be used for events, briefings or various types of trainings and simulations. This should probably be restricted to EPs and Exec. Admin+, as it's use is pretty situational but if used correctly, it can improve RP and immersion drastically.
