Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum) My second name is Lowis (stop with the jokes) I am 16 years old and wish I sounded it, I live in Scotland and I spend most of my free time playing video games I'm quite a shy person in the real world but I love hopping on games and meeting new people. I am currently in full time education and I enjoy spending time with my friends and dogs. Other than that I want to become an accountant when I leave school.

I think you should pick me as I believe myself to be a responsible person and in high pressure situations I can keep my composure and still make quick and hopefully correct decisions also I am open to criticism regarding decisions that I make and I am constantly trying to improve also when it comes to decisions I try to be as critical as possible to make sure that I don't make mistakes. I have a small amount of experience in a leading situation so I would be willing to learn and adapt to new and different situations and use this to help in future battles so I don't make the same mistakes repeatedly. Also I have been in multiple regiments not reaching the highest of ranks but with the experience I got in each I believe it would help my decision making as I understand how each regiment can and should be used in different situations. I have been the rank of Colonel previously so I have a small amount of experience when it comes to leading events in a smaller scale and a lot more experience when it comes to trainings which I could use to help further other players experience and skills.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

The most obvious role of battalion is to lead troops in times when we are under siege or sieging other personnel. Battalion must be able to come out victorious an any situation that they are thrown into. Another role of battalion is to grant or deny permissions on base during defcon 5 to ensure that the base runs smoothly and people are able to run trainings or tryouts. When it comes to the higher ranking members of battalion there roles are to make sure other battalion members are well trained and that the lower ranking member are mentored and taught the appropriate conduct for such a Disciplined rank.

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why)

I have 1 warn for ALT+E Abuse exploiting to get under map to spectate IC situations and that was on the 30th of august 2020 which got me blacklisted from ARC and RC

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

Yes I do understand and if i am selected for battalion I hope to keep this standard as high as it currently is.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL)

If a battalion is not leading during combat they should be with the regiment that they supervise so that they can assist them but are not allowed to lead them that's the job of the regimental command but they can offer suggestions to help out the command. Unless ordered otherwise by the leading battalion they should stay with there regiment but if ordered can leave them to do as they are asked. Also they CANT use voice amp

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? 

Host a training which includes Faces, Formations and Questions

Lead a Base Attack Event Successfully

Host a successful Debrief

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

When co-leading a battalion member's job is to mainly Grant or deny minor requests and can also help with major or minor decisions making sure to consult the leading battalion to make sure that's absolutely what they want which allows the leading battalion to focus on anything major going on.

Anything else: I understand being blacklisted from Arc and RC will damage my reputation and this application overall but its a mistake I regret and willing to take the punishment for

During his time in GM, Lowis was extremely competent and was able to fulfil all of his responsibilities as an SO.

He's also mature and would be a great asset to Battalion.

Only concern being your activity where i don't see you on often but that could just be me not noticing. Also, your playtime is quite low, even if you have been around on the server for ages.

IMO GM SOs specifically require a longer lasting time at that position to gain the appropriate leadership capabilities to be a battalion. Seeing as how you left GM to join 501st I dont really remember you. 

I would love to see you rise through the 501st ranks and get SO.

I've had a few personal encounters with you only. None of which were bad at all but nothing stood out to me that would make you seem like a good fit into Battalion. I have also heard a few complaints and reports from various others about you over my time, a bad reputation.

You were a good GM COL but it's been little while since then and currently being a CPL you haven't had any very recent leading experience. Agreeing a little bit with silent on his middle point.

Pretty much, work on improving your reputation in the community and climb the ranks and prove you are a capable SO. By then I think you will be a good candidate. You certainly have potential. I don't think right now is the right time for you though.

Honestly lets just get into it. Your inactive. Your past experiences in GM, may sway people to +1 it but being blacklisted from RC and ARC is bad. The only way I can see you getting battalion is doing this:

-Improve activity, Grow up a little, work on your relationship with RC and admit the faults you made and lastly work with other regiments to understand how they function.
