Quick summary about you: Im Eric, 19 from Israel, I am serving right now in the IDF,  and im at the base every 2 days for 2 days. I am a commanding officer, CPL at a military brig around Jerusalem, so i am quite knowledgeable with commanding and leading over soldiers (especially annoying ones), other than that i am also a professional editor, with 4 years of experience although that kind of died down with my enlistment, im here to stay for as long as i can, and i am willing and want to put a lot of myself into battalion. I was jedi ambassador for a long time so i know how to handle big groups of people while negotiating and managing my tasks.

Why should we pick you for Battalion: I think i should be picked for a battalion position because of first my real life experience with leading, commanding and fighting, i have commanded over 300 soldiers by now, each one of them classified as a "bad/misbehaving soldier", I know how to handle drama, hard or stressful situations, and to isolate situations from one another. In addition, I have lots of experience in the server, with almost a year in, being in 4 regiments (212th, CG, CE, ARC[regiment at the time]), I am very dedicated to the thing that are important to me, and will put in as much as i could of myself into those things. In battalion you have to manage lots of regiments at the same time, and be able to keep an eye on the battle as a whole as well as each regiment or situation as one, I do believe I possess that ability, and I am versed in each regiment's role in combat, knowing exactly where each should be and how to achieve a victory with least casualties. I believe I am mature enough for the job, I didnt get to my rank for nothing, I am a man who stands their ground and keeps professionalism to a max.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The main roles of a Battalion are to lead, command and teach, but those vary and change over the ranks, starting at the officer cadet and officer, you would be the main leader of battles with the help of your mentor, that is to prepare you for the 2nd LT rank that will also give you a whole regiment to supervise. Supervising a regiment is a whole different situation in itself, a supervisor has to make sure his regiment stays intact while not interrupting the hierarchy, he has to bond with the soldiers but also tell them off, has to make sure they are updated and trained on any new happenings, and overall trained for battle. 
later on in battalion, a battalion captain has to also mentor the new battalion as well as supervising, ontop of leading, mentoring is a very important job since it grows the new battalion, a bad mentor could ruin battalion's command and reputation. and finally at the higher ranks there are the battalion command which have to command over a regiment that commands regiments that command themselves, which is a whole other issue, taking care of battlion, executive decisions on this scale are very detrimental.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: I understand that and will hopefully proudly wear that rank

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? As a battalion member, your job is to emphasize the regiments you are supervising and help with your weapons and combat abilities in every way possible at the duration of an event. If you're not leading you are acting like a regular trooper, listening to what the leader says,  even if he tells you to go to a different regiment, you're not supposed to give commands to people, you can assist your regiment but giving executive commands.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? An Officer Cadet has to Call a debrief and lead it, lead a Mando training and lead a base attack.

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?
When a Battalion Member is co-leading an event, their role is to grant and deny multiple requests from clones and jedi when the leading Battalion is occupied, but they stay doing the same tasks as before other than these additional duties.

Good Lad, has done bits in 212th and I'm sure the other regiments and Jedi before that. A great leader in events and comes up with new fun trainings for us in 212th

However you are competent and a good person but you haven’t really had much experience as an SO as you’ve been SO in 212th for a short amount of time already

Definetly can back this man up for battalion, doing great leading in 212th and truly believe he could make a good battalion. Although he just became a Major he has more experience than what most have already in the regiment.

couldnt keep himself from left clicking. i want to you to be in my situation man. a bug that i cannot control and having ticks that cause me to move my fingers and click my teeth all the time, so i cant help it but moving my fingers. it happened that this mistake occured. get the whole story before you try to ruin my application cause this is the first time anything even close to this happened to me

my experience in 212th isnt the only experience i have, as i clearly stated, jedi ambassadors lead most events and are in a very high position, in CG i would lead event and be treated as SO for about 5 months, not to mention the real life commanding experience i have

Jedi leading isn't clone leading or leading at all. Fair enough IRL experience helps a lot, but I take that as a pinch of salt because I don't know you have actually done that

Don't really know who are, although i dont think that should go against you. I'm going neutral because whilst there's nothing wrong with your app I think there's several better choices this time round.

The -1 is because it doesn't look like you take criticism well, such as above, get the feeling your very argumentative and I dont want that leading me in Battalion, I get wanting to defend your position if you disagree with someone's response to your app but it doesn't come across as very humble.

I hate to say this because i like having him 212th. But this man is fit for battalion. So i +1 this application.
Yes he blew up debrief, but Bobby blew up a entire room of CT's and he got in. Mistakes happen, we are human.
He does have work in the army. But i havent seen him disapear for way to long. And when he is not at his work. He spends most of his days on the server, and that is more then i can say of some other batt members. 
He is also only a SO, but eventhough leading can be learned, some people are just natural born leaders. And this man is one of those people. As i have noticed when he was leading 212th.
What does make him stand out tho is that he is / was a experienced jedi. So he knows not only what orders to give clones, but he can also lead jedi if needid.

You're active and were a good leader in Jedi. Also your irl experience could come in handy.

In game, you've always seemed as a chill guy and I imagine the det incident was an accident like you say.

My main issues are that you're only a major so you may not have had much experience leading clones.

Also, you are getting quite argumentative against people's comments which could lower your chances of being accepted into Battalion. Barry pretty much sums it up

I mean lets just get straight into it. Coming from someone who has made, and I mean I have made huge ones. You need to accept and improve on it, don't disregard what people say because as a battalion you will get alot of people telling you that you are doing something wrong. It is important to take the feedback and improve from it. Another issue is I almost have 0 clue who you are. I mean I know you are 212th but thats all I know really. Try to be more known outside of your regiment.

Overall well done. The application is good but improve on what people tell you and try to accept criticism in a good way, rather then fighting back. Sometimes its good just to nod and move on.
