Quick summary about you:

I was born and raised in London, But I was made in the East Midlands (Meaning my English is pretty decent), I'm Currently going to Secondary School and enjoy using my free time to play games, I frequently play with my friends on the Xbox, however I end up using lots of my free time when not doing school work or revision playing Garry's Mod, Although I am also enjoying playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Sid Meier's Civilisations VI Currently.

Why should we pick you for Battalion:

While not in fact reaching the ranks of hierarchy within CE, I have learnt through my own failures and successes as to how successfully lead groups of people to a point to where within CE my orders are often followed with respect (They tell me they respect me anyway). I have also, throughout my time seen many Battalion come and go, learning from their failures and seen how they improve (or don't), this provides me with a skill set of knowing how to handle situations that wont lead me to failure and disappointment to myself. I also believe I should get a chance to become battalion as I am a very calm and collected person allowing me to think about what the right think to do in each situation is with a clear mind; this provides me with being able to limit failures due to me being stressed out about a situation. I also pride myself on having a good sense of what is right and wrong, allowing me to get myself out and stop situations that are in the wrong; thus improving my efficiency as a leader letting me focus on the important decisions, making sure I get them right and limiting my failures.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion:

The role of Battalion is to lead and guide everyone on base whether they are in the front lines, supporting or in the air during events, all while setting a good example to everyone else, in order to satisfy the Republic's best interests. A Battalion should also host training's for people on the base to attend in order that they can improve, and as a battalion progresses and is assigned a regiment, they can host training's for their own regiment to improve its members as well. When not doing training's and events Battalion should always be available to Grant and Deny requests for troops to proceed with duties around the base that they wish to do from PFTs to Hosting Training's.

Yes, I fully understand.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?

You should aim to assist the regiment that you supervise in any way possible, while making sure they understand and follow the leading Battalion's orders, while not commanding the troops and leaving that with the regimental Commanders

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? 

• To Host a Training that includes Faces, Formations and Questions.
• To successfully lead an event
• To Call and Host a debrief

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

To support the leading battalion by helping them make big decisions along with granting and denying any requests, so that the leading battalion doesn't have to worry about that.

Defintently ready for Battalion, one of the longest lasting CE Colonels there is sadly lost Pixel and Deltawind went to GC. But really you are ready you are dedicated to the server and community and hsow a big maturity level compared to other members applying

Didn't have many interactions with you but from what I see from the feedback you seem as a competent guy which is also shown from you high rank and decently high playtime. You have been in CE for a long time and I remember your assent up the ranks. I haven't seen your leadership skills, but that doesn't mean they aren't there. You quick reactions and your tactical ability in the air are amazing and honestly its great to see. You have also been Trial and temp EXO so you must be trust worthy enough to be given that power so honestly I would have no issues with you getting it. Good luck.
