Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

ask the player for the name of the person killing other cones, would then check damage logs to see if the person killed any clones. If they did I would drag the person into a sit ask them why then hand out a punishment for MRDM or ARDM depending on if he killed or just damaged clones

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

go to a Batt or highest on to send a cadet Trainer to go and train him if no one is responding id then bring a cadet trainer myself

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

it is a missfire/accident meaning a CG will likely handle this as it is not a staff matter

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

seeing as this is an outrageous offence I will of course do nothing and leave it be as I do not care about being saluted, Unless of course it is in a mando/basic training in which case it will be handled ic

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

if they have broken failrp then I will punish them accordingly however, I will first explain to them what rule they broke For example the theft of an admiral's speeder is a flyable vehicle even if the scav was using it as a ground one.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

explain that the punishment is valid and if they continue to complain i will direct them to the server rules and they can appeal on the forums if they have any further complaints

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

I believe I should be picked for staff as I like to come across as a friendly face but I can be serious when needed which I like to think my time in CG has proven as I deal with IC rule breakers almost every day on the server. I also think I am known in the community on both Jedi and Clone due to my position in CG and come across as someone those people can trust. I am also willing to help out the server and the people that play on it which is why I am applying for staff  so I can assist with claims etc and other matters regarding the server. Fundamentally I am willing to help out the community as much as possible at most times with me sometimes hopping on late night on the odd day.

having obtained the rank of CG VC I believe it shows I can be trusted with responsibility to manage or help manage a regiment and shows I am competent and trust worthy. My lack of warns/barns also shows this as it makes clear that I do not try to push the limits of the rules and I strive to be a good role model for others 

 I also realise that as a Staff member I am granted access to commands etc that are not to be abused and in the event I abuse these I am prepared to accept the punishment. However, it is incredibly unlikely that I will abuse my position as staff.
