Yes, on the odd occasion I might need to type when its late due to my parents being asleep but there will be no issue with me having to type out messages

I  joined on the 10th of January - took an ROA from 22nd of Feb until the 29th of Feb but cancelled on the 26th

TS = at least once a day, Discord = daily, forums = this is my second time using it.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

i would move to a separate location, away from any other players, and I would check loggings, bring all of the killed/damaged players to the room and I would then get everyone's side to the story and resolve it all from there. if it is false information that the clone has killed others then it would result in a warning for him

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I go to him and tell him/her not to use the @ function again unless he/she needs help from staff specifically and then get the lowest ranking NCO teleported to cadet are where he/she would then train the cadet

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

its a clear mistake, cg would more than likely deal with it but if it fell into my hands I would just advise him/her to be a bit more careful when putting his/her weapon on safety and tell him/her to holster it during debriefs in the future.

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

 nothing too serious so I would just remind him of the rule, but its nothing big due to him being a CT #### and him potentially being new to the server

5 ) Someone commits Fail RP, but claims that the specific instance of Fail RP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

Fail RP is Fail RP, this is a moderately serious server so he/she should know that you will be penalized if you act out of your characters role, this would then follow to be a potential warning if he/she continues to not face the fact that he/she did something wrong and continues to argue

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would hear out what they had to say and I would tell them that I will take not of it and then proceed with the punishment that they were issued

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

Firstly, I believe that I deserve this staff role due to my matureness for my age and I am hard working and will do whatever is needed to receive this duty. I have not been on this server for the longest amount of time but I would like to say how I think that I am a loyal member of the server and would do nothing but good for it. I will be respectful to any player no matter their ethnicity or how they identify in any way at all.

Secondly, even though I lack experience in both staffing and I am fairly new to Garrys Mod, I am a quick learner and will adapt quickly to any unusual situation that occurs and I will respond to the best of my ability's. My activity however will be lowering slightly during school hours due to coming out of lockdown now and going back to proper education and also I will be having to catch up with everything that I have missed out on but I will be sure to hit minimums if I get this role and even exceed those numbers.

Lastly, though I have already mentioned this I would just like to re-iterate how I shall be nothing but loyal to this server and its people, in any situation I will not be bias in any way, no matter my relationship with the person I am punishing and will do whatever is necessary based on the situation.

Look you are a bit young so I am scared that people would try to manipulate you for their benefits and such so and yikes you need to get yourself known to the server so I suggest for you to try for ARC or Battalion since those options seems much better for you but Im going to give a neutral

Good lad, considering you joined on the 10th of January you have decent playtime already. I would suggest Either going for ARC or getting temp in hierarchy so it shows you how mature you are, if you've already had it then all the more better to be honest. Age is also a bit of an issue but not that big of a deal, also some good answers to some of the questions the last question you could have read a bit more carefully as in the scenario you've already dealt the punishment. In short what you're doing is good i'd just keep the server image of you positive and keep getting more playtime. Good luck!

Just try going for something in the server such as Hierarchy, ARC, Battalion anything along the lines of that to show how mature u are with your young age. You're a good lad but just need to dedicate yourself towards something to show that you are willing to stay and that you are mature enough to hold that position.

You are also pretty new to the server but still have good playtime for how long you have been here, just get used to the rules of the server and get your playtime up.

-I think you´re a bit new for the server but the high playtime for the amount of time you´ve been on the server shows that you´re active. 

-I don´t think his age is an issue due to people being concerned about the fact that I was a girl and I was going to  get harrased which hasn´t happened in any major way. I also don´t think CTs care if they´re getting banned by a 18 year old guy, a girl or a 13 year old boy. You´ll get comments but it isn´t major. 

-He´s a good guy but I don´t know how well he would do if a CT started arguing due to the fact that it seems like he has a short temper but if you get in, good luck mate. I wish for the best.
