Event Plan:

Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template):

Map: Mygeeto

Alien Species, Base, 6 (Depending on how many people there is)

Jedi:
Sith Warriors, 65k, 2 


Passive, HP, Amount:
Republic Researcher, 1k, 1 (HP doesn't matter as he will only be captive)
"Bodygaurd", 1k, 2 (Guarding the Researcher)

Republic's Execution:
(e.g. "- Fleet inform all troops that an unknown ship has entered orbit.")

Clone Side:

The GAR has had a distress call located in a outpost on Mygeeto where the Researcher is. He is holding infected samples from a previous base attack which the Pirates plan on selling (Which will lead into the last stand). The Clones will start at the normal spawn in which they will push through the walk way with multiple obstacles they need to pass on there way to the outpost such as; terminals that need to be hacked in order to unlock the next stage and of course enemies firing upon them. Once they get to outpost (after they clear the ECs) the Pirates will have defences set-up and ready to push back the GAR. The Clones will continue to push through the long hallway of death in which they will head downstairs (using the elevator). (The Pirates (ECs) will still be attempting to stand there ground). They will come into a "hanger" (which will be made into a laboratory) there will be 2 clumsy bodyguards which will drop the samples. This will make them infected along with the Researcher, in which the GAR will fall back. The Republic will go up the elevator and up to the next elevator to reach the upper level as the way they came has been fortified and blocked by the Pirates. This will lead into the last stand where they will reach the balcony on the upper level and try to hold as they desperately call for help (There will be a dupe of landing pads to hold and escape). Then Map switch. 
Jedi Side:

The Jedi come with the Clones as 2 Sith have teamed up with the Pirates for a price and a promise to be able to defeat the Jedi. The Jedi will be dropped in by a LAAT into the  boxed of section of the map at the back of the hall (to avoid conflict with Clones). They will be greeted by 2 Sith Warriors in which they will instantly engage in combat (They are here for killing Jedi not negotiations). They will continue to fight until they 2 Sith are dead (No last Stand for Jedi). Once the Clones have got in there LAATs, the Jedi will leave in a LAAT (Into the next map switch). If the Sith are not dead by then 


Event Character Execution:
(e.g. "- All Bounty Hunters are dropped off at the caves, they will stay there until further notice")

Pirates:
The ECs will be modelled as Pirates in which they are guarding the outpost they will be protected by a Shield at the turn of the walkway(Which the Clones have to hack to enter). They will then engage with the Clones and trying to hold them off as there boss will kill them if the GAR reach the Researcher. They will be fortified and giving guns throughout the event such as the E-5c. Once the Clones get to the main hall (Entrance of Outpost) they ECs will have multiple barricades and 1-2 turrets to help defend against the GAR. They will be continued to be push back (Setting there spawns on the way). When the get back to the Laboratory they will be spawned away from the clones as the Clones engage with the Bodyguards. Once the samples are dropped all the ECs are turned into Infected to help with the Last Stand.

Sith:
They will be spawned as the Sith Warriors (Of course) and put into the enclosed section of the map (at the back of the main hall). They will stay there until the Jedi arrive in there LAATs. They will show there hatred and engage the Jedi which will continue until there dead (or it drags out beyond the Clone Last Stand) 

Story:

Event Information: GAR are sent a distress call by the Researcher. They send a force to help him and secure the samples that the Pirates want to sell on the black market for unknown reason. There lunatic boss has threatened their lives and that's why they must hold the outpost and not let them breach it.

This will require teamwork to survive and multiple regiments needed to complete the task.

Do you understand the responsibilities a event-planner has? If so, what are they?: Yes, as well as keeping maturity and not abusing there power. There main goal is to provide events that make people want to continue playing and reach the higher ranks .

Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: Yes
