In-Game Name: Jacob Miles

SteamID:  76561198325138110 ( Referance ID is lCARpotbzBPbO1uai )

Age: 16

In-Game Time [Proof Required]: 5d 03h 21m 45s ( Have an ACER PC so screenshot wont work - If needed you can check my profile on the server )

Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: SA, HoS.

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I listen, I learn, and I teach. I also follow and obey rules and ensure others do too. Loyalty is something that can easliy be lost throughout the Foundation, however, I have always been as loyal as possible, and whenever things don't go as planned, I always stay loyal. I am not a disobidient guard or disloyal Administration Council, I listen, learn and teach.

What role does the Site Director have on the site? The SD is in charge of everything within the Site. He often helps deal with both external and internal affairs. He serves the O5 Council only and nobody else.

What is the O5 Council? Overseer Council, there are 12-13 of them and they are in charge of all Sites. They order the SD what to do and have complete command over any other unit. They are incredibly powerful and serve The Administrator.

First of. Yes this is a -1 and only leaning to a Neutral if you fixed my problems with your app below. I dont intend to upset you with my reply just take it with a grain of salt.

SA is not a leadership position. The only position you have as an SA is to be the Directors Helper by doing sitreps or informing him of on-going operations. Personally I would only count playing SA as gathering experience from other Directors but just simply said SA is just the Directors little Slave. I'll be fine with the HoS part, fair job if you can master it.

Also this does not make me feel like you'd be a Site Director. Following and obeying rules is expected of all SD's so it doesnt make you stand out from others. "Listen, Learn, Teach" does not sound that convincing either, tho learning is always a step ahead.

Talking about the rest of your application, from personal point of view you kept every section quite under detailed (at least the once that require detail), you explained most things from how it works on the server, SD and O5 section are just roughly summoned up together and dont really show too much information about them. I havent seen you stand out in the server so I can only judge you on the application. Would be fair if you wouldn't have seen me either because I mostly play DoEAA.

Thank you for the constructive critisism. I understand that my application may be a bit short but when I am on-site I always help others and the SD out. Thank you again

Sorry if I say this, but that doesn't change anything. I'd recommend editing your app before the SD Manager takes a look at it, there was probably a reason you weren't responded to yet by him.
