What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum)

I strongly believe in leading by example in both combat and the off-duty hours. I believe leading by example goes a lot further than just combat. I am very active, very well behaved and very capable of command. I know I can do a lot of good for this community. I believe loyalty and respect is key and I will earn this through hard work and the show of my passion. I always treat everyone in a professional and friendly manner, for I have personal experience of what kindness in the right moment can do.  Therefor I will always act accordingly, I always have and always will. I am a very active person on this server, being on nearly everyday  to perform my duties and improve everything I can in this community to make it better for every member. know I am a very capable commander. As stated earlier I lead by example, and  these moments of both passive hours and combat will only give me chances to prove this. 

I have many ideas for formations in combat, trainings and sim ideas. I have shown multiple times my aptitude for leadership by leading my men in the 104th during events, even before I became a captain. And even with my apparent handicap I do believe it to not only be a weakness. but also it to be a strength as it's a big reason I have my strong sense of morality and I will always act on what I feel is right and correct what I feel is wrong.  

I know my leadership capabilities will flourish and my wish to constantly make everything around me as good as it can possibly be, will show me to be a great asset to this team. I know my natural leadership capabilities, my leading by example policy and my strong sense of morality will show me to be an exceptional battalion member. 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

 

The duties of a battalion member is to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible on a day - to - day basis. That the clone troopers are disciplined and always ready to engage the CIS or any other threat at any moment. The primary roles for a battalion team is not only for commanding their forces, but also to set an example for conduct for not only clones, but their other battalion members alike. 

A battalion member needs to act calm and rationally to effectively lead their troops into victory. And to keep the base and general day-to-day operations to run as smoothly as possible. To be active and keep regulations of the base in order, and to keep their troopers in line. And to ensure the safety of their troops and the security of republic property, bases and outposts. 

It is also a battalion's members duty to keep their men debriefed and informed, both before, during and after a combat situation. To clearly give out orders to minimize casualties and strike a decisive victory
 

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why)

 Yes I have, I have been demoted for inactivity, multiple times as Jedi, but most notably from my 2nd LT Position in 327th. 
As Jedi I was in my younger years and therefor busy with school and sadly lost interest  
As my 327th role, I was coping with the death of my young nephew and I could no longer focus on playing. But I had to be there for my family in this time of need.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

 Yes I very much do.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL)

 A battalion member should stick to their assigned regiments as supervisor during combat, if not for leading but to oversee that everything is as combat effective as possible. And to make sure the regiment doing as good as possible, and if not then help them improve in the moment and in the future. 
It is also incredibly important to not overrule leading battalion's orders as this will only create confusion and weaken the effectiveness of his plans 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:

 1. Perform a mid - high quality training. 
2. Lead a planetary, with speaking to their forces through voice amp
3. And host a satisfactory debrief 

What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to:

 Captain or below. 

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment:

 Battalion Colonel.

Anything else:

As stated earlier I have a speech impediment, more notebly a stutter. Now as I stated earlier I see this as a weakness and a strength. And the weaknesses are very managble. Now I have some very good days where I barely stutter at all. And I have bad days. Now worst case I figure I just let someone else lead that day, but if there really isn't anyone on. I will just chose short sentences where everyone can understand me, or mix in with writing every now or then.

I think you're a sound guy, I really do.

But I think you'll really struggle with event leading mate and id hate for people to take the piss out of you.

Putting neutral as apart from the obvious you are a great guy so don't think you wouldn't be anything other than extremely competent. 

If you do get it I sincerely hope you prove me completely wrong!

I must admit that you are a lovely guy and you are also extremely chill, had a blast when we were in sims together and generally whenever I had interactions with you, you seem extremely competent and well behaved as well, though, I must agree with Barry on the other side, some idiots would try to be funny when you would event lead (Perhaps you could write while leading?) and that'd be rather shit honestly.

Nice and competent guy with good activity

Would do great in most of the day to day

No warns (and the kicks aren't that bad with the circumstances)

The stutter might interfere with event leading but that's only a small part of what we do, and actually voice amping itself a even smaller part of that.
