The Class-D Handbook

"If you're reading this, you're probably a new player, or a Class-D main, it seems hard to get out of D-Block, and start some fun, but that's because you don't know how, this handbook will show you everything you need to know as a Class-D"

 

Keycards & Knives

"Keycards and knives spawn in the D-Block, they spawn in the cells behind the front cells (ie. infront of the airlock doors), the eastern block spawns knives, while the western block spawns either CL1 or CL2 keycards, which you can pick up using E"

"These keycards can be used to open doors, although only some, with these, you can open the airlock doors, making it possible to escape, however, how do you really escape without being mowed down?"

Escaping D-Block

"D-Block, one of the worst places ever, you will surely want to get out of it, you've probably seen the airlock doors, tightly guarded by hordes of guards, the scene is memorable and vivid, your best bet is to run out during downtime, or if you feel brave enough, you can watch through the small window to see if theres any guards around, then, with your trusty keycard, you can run off! However, one way to escape is to piggy-back off a researcher, hopefully a guard isn't escorting you, so you can break out, and run off, however, most times, theres a guard, so tough luck, escaping is really a game of luck."

Guns, Guns, Guns!

"Out of D-Block? You're better than 99% of all Class-D, now is the important part, getting supplies, you probably don't have weapons, so making things your way is going to be hard, getting a hostage cannot be done without a gun, and you also cannot defend yourself, in the LCZ (Light Containment Zone) there are three places where you can find supplies (guns, handcuffs, medkits, etc), these are found in the supply crates, they can be found in three locations; Lab A, the Old 913 CC, 914's CC. I suggest playing as service personnel, and try to find your way around, here are some pictures to show you where these places are."

Hostages

"You're out by now, you're having fun with your new armaments and supplies, but what now? You could try to escape, but why not get a hostage? You can prey on researchers and unarmed personnel, steal their comms and run away, if you dont have cuffs, and the hostage is willing to RP, you could hold them at gunpoint, and splurt out your demands ( or you will get mowed down by the MTFs ) Remember! If the hostage isnt cuffed, FearRP is optional!"

Escaping The Facility

"By now, you're roaming around, if you got your hostage, and got past HCZ, I cant help you much, you have to hide, swerve and manuever to avoid the armed units, and then make your way to the Entrance Zone, from there, you can get a disguise from one of the armouries, however, that will be hard, or,  you can kidnap administrative staff, to open doors, or, with a keypad cracker, crack it open, however, this will cause alot of attention, your best bet is to have it opened by someone you've detained. You are also able to take files from filing cabinets, when you escape, you can sell these for money and EXP, they're a great way to earn."

The Surface

"You're out, you can see the light of day, but not so fast! Make sure you get a disguise from the disguise vendor, and become a civilian, from there, you can expose the secrets of the Foundation, or, you could get recruited by the Chaos Insurgency, a group known for their burning hate for the Foundation, if you're recruited by them, you will become a Chaos Insurgency Alpha, basically cannon fodder, but you can still fight the foundation, or, you can start a new life. You can also get guns from MC&D, and attack the foundation!"

914 Items

"Unfortunately, you cannot get better keycards from 914, however, if you have a knife, you can upgrade it by running into the intake before the door closes, and you can get a very good sword!"
