State the role of staff on the server: Staff are involved with the everyday running of the server through taking claims, watching out for rule breakers.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes

 

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: Check logs to find out who is killing them and then bring them to a sit telling them they can't just randomly kill other Imperial Troopers, giving them the appropriate punishment. Warn for RDM. 5d Ban for MRDM.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Cadets arent a thing anymore. So I would just tell them they do not need training

 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This was not an attempted RDM as it was only one shot so I would leave this to shock to warn him.

 

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an IC matter so I would just remind them to salute anyone that is higher than 2nd LT.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I would take them to a sit, informing them that what they did was FailRP and would provide with telling them to not do it in the future and warning them using !warn.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to the player that I am just following the guidelines given to me by Server Management Team and would direct them to the forums to make a unban/warn request if they believe it was too harsh 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): 

I believe that I deserve the position of staff due to my extensive experience which I have stated above this alone has proved that I am trustworthy having been given the shot at staff multiple times throughout my many years playing the CWRP server, in that time I always attempted to excel myself and perform the best I can whilst still creating a good team environment, to add on to me being trustworthy, in the short time the server has been released I have worked my way through the Sith ranks and became a Sub path leader of Spectre which is a invite only path equal to the likes of IC (apparently) which shows a high level of maturity and competence, this is also shown in past CWRP ranks where I have reached the likes of 501st EXO, 501st ARC Colonel and Head Research Officer and being accepted into Battalion and leading to a high standard multiple times, this is also extended by multiple temporary periods I have been entrusted with in the past.

In addition, as one of the older members of CWRP and the community overall, I have high levels of maturity and can make well-informed decisions as I will and always have considered everyone and their viewpoints, whilst having a less serious time in Teamspeak within the server I like to always uphold myself to a good standard to ensure that everyone has a good time. 

If accepted I plan on continuing the hard work and dedication I have put into the start of Sith into providing a good and refreshing experience.
