-1 Must agree with tasker here along with the fact he can't control every event as he isnt present all day every day same with the hierarchy and your own bane, Battalion dont have much excuse anymore after multiple documents where made for each regiment how to utilize them ect myself and cheese did that, I think your looking at this to much from an EC point of view without the shields in some of these events it would be impossible for clones to fight back effectively especially in tight corridors, Shield basic training is a thing and each ET+ is taught how to use it effectively, The only person who isn't enjoying the "Event" is yourself I could complain about GM or any other regiment HP rushing same with RC ect, wont change that fact over along with you being in 501st, 442nd only do most things now by the commanding battalion and the amount of abuse they get for doing as they are told is stupid and I also believe you are highly hypocritical here bane as I have seen you HP rush in with a shotgun alone multiple times. The regiment is not the problem and if EC's are only "CT ET's" take that up with the event planner instead of blaming regiments along with you can't expect 3 people to micromanage 10+ when they themselves have things to do in the fight / event, I also think maybe you should be going to the EC comms and pitch idea's as an EC as the EP might be more understanding or will give you something to combat said shield I think this thread should be redone bane to what each regiment does as they are all guilty running in solo a time or two using the equipment they have. Please stop waffling and flinging abuse at people who don't deserve it each event there will always be something distasteful that happens as you cannot please everyone and thats not on battalion the EP's who dedicate their time for you or 442nd honestly man you should get a bit of a grip.

-1 In battalion certain ranks can promote other people for example battalion COL can do up to SGTM I don't think we should take on any more responsibility in that matter as its regimental Hierarchy's decision to begin with and up to them to see if you are indeed ready for that step up or promotion, Along with what everyone else said above if battalion promote someone they follow the cooldown rules, Along with all the responsibilities us battalion already have no point taking the job away from hierarchy along with the amount of control battalion have, I also must agree with wanted not saying anyone in battalion would do this but it has been a thing in the past where certain battalion members would do stupid things and show great amount of bias behavior towards their friends.

Neutral I'm sorry if this hurts your feelings sandy but im saying this anyway You have changed slightly from the guy I knew when you were in battalion you've became slightly irresponsible along with yelling in chats to get a word over people, I think you need to work on yourself a bit more before adding more stress that has a possibility of bringing you back to that unhealthy mindset You have experience and thats good along with you have put a bit of effort into this application but I think you need to sort yourself out as I stated above, Again sorry if this makes you mad but I rather be truthful with you than lie.

-1 -I agree with most of cheeses point's above -This is your third app it shows you are dedicated in joining us - Although I think you should help your regiment out while waiting on a response for battalion and continue to be active - Interactions have been good and bad between us I do think you need to be more laid back for battalion along with watching what you say about others, You also have treated certain battalion members badly before they joined battalion and now you are being kind to us and this worries me - Index
