6 Have you read the server rules and know not to be retarded?: Yes, I've read all of the existing rules on server.

7 What job does the Manufacturing Department have on site?: They have the job of helping to authorized and indicated armed personnel such as Security Site, MTF Nu7, MTF E11 and many more (although unarmed personnel have the possibility to buy gas masks) in obtaining special armament for raids, breaches and for ammunition for your rifles or shotguns. In some special cases we can give explosives such as Slams that stick to the wall and when touched they explode, grenades of different types such as the healing grenades that heal when exploding, and finally a super weapon called Micro HID that can exterminate some SCPs with one shot.

8 Why do you think you'll be a good fit for the Head of Manufacturing?: Yeah, I think i will be again a good homd and I will not be inactive again, sorry for that. I will try to be more specialist with this job and try to get better with selling equipment and stuff.

9 Where is the manufacturing table located?: It is located in the spawn of the manufacturing personell. Exactly in the room that says 33 RGW. You can go there through EZ Big going straight between the stairs that lead to cells and interrogation room in the left and the wall of EZ Big in the right and then going straight, turn left and you will be in the room. Or you can go through EZ / HCZ airlock going straight and then turning right.

10 Where can you find resources to craft items?: They can be found in the warehouse (Warehouse 1A to be exact) near the MTF Armoury. It can be reached by going to the left or right door that leads you to the lower floor. If you are on the left you simply have to go down and you will find it when you reach the lower floor. When you get to the one on the right, you have to go down and when you get to the lower floor you need to go straight, then turn left then we go straight, then we turn left again and we go straight and we would be in the Warehouse 1A.

11 Explain 2 HoMD rules: In case some foundation personell is being very disrespectful and retarded with you or the rest of the foundation personell it is recommended to deny your services to him (it depends in your point of view). Sometimes 05 in special occasions have the permission of selling restricted items to unarmed personell (like SLAMS, Healing Grenades, Smoke Grenades, Rifle Ammo Types...) so we have the  responsibility of accept it and let him to decide, but 05 can't decide how to sell a Micro HID, it is our responsibility of how to sell it.

You seem to have quite misunderstood the rules and how you explain them.
You can deny service to suspicious people. But you are just saying if they minge they sus so no equipment. You can deny retards as you please.
And O5s can restrict items but that's not a rule. They can allow to sell items not meant for certain personnel to certain personnel except the HID.
