What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?:

O5-3: The Informant

Male, 42, average height and other descriptive information unknown. O5-3 was known to be highly secretive and always put everyone on their toes as one small slip up or wrong decision could risk their employment in the Foundation. O5-3 was always knowledgeful and constantly feed information to those who needed it as they preformed extensive research and study into matters that benefitted them as a person and the Foundation as a whole.

I have thoroughly read the rules and I am quite confident with my knowledge of the server rules

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role eg (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):

I believe I should be part of the O5 Council as I believe myself to be a competent, professional and a trustworthy person. I have been in the role of leadership either with the WLs I currently have or the situations I have been in and during these situations, I believed that I was able to uphold a great sense of leadership. Due to my experience while playing a variety of jobs that undergo a wide variety of scenarios, I believe I can make the right and appropriate decisions when under very stressful or hard times. I also believe I would be able to uphold great communication with fellow Council members as communication is always an important aspect when it comes to Administration jobs and to lack in that department, it can affect one's performance greatly and reflect on them as a person

I believe I can bring and create a large amount of potential RP to those around me as being able to bring or create RP, this creates an environment that people want to be in as it allows for people to become involved and this brings enjoyment to players. Due to my experience with other Administration jobs or other jobs that closely relate themselves to Administration, I believe I can be the best person I believe I can be and to be someone to look up to.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:

An O5 Council Member is seen as one of the many people apart of the Foundation that are making the most important decisions that can drastically affect whatever the decision entailed. Administration jobs like the ECM, HoEA or SD mainly focus on one particular subject and are held under a chain of command holding them back on what they can and can't do with them being held accountable for the decisions they make while an O5 member can make decisions that can fall under any other administration job's subjects but can still be held accountable for the choices they make by the other O5 council members. The O5s are the ones who shape the Foundation and keep it from falling apart while the other administration jobs keep it in check.

What is the O5 Council?:

The O5 Council are a group of 13 members who have complete power and authority over the members of the Foundation. As stated before, members of the O5 Council are extremely anonymous and the information regarding a particular member are very vague or seen as a rumour as most information is believed to be false or not completely accurate. Due to the O5 Council's secrecy, those below clearance 2 aren't aware of their existence and those who are aware, have no clue what they look like. With their secrecy, they require a MTF named Alpha-1, only the most skilled, loyal and trusted individuals.

Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?:

I am currently a HoEA but none of those listed above.

What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...):

The Department I would like to focus on would mostly be Internal Security and possibly Research.
