What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum)

I believe that I am a good candidate for battalion because I am sure that I would make up a good battalion. I've been on the server for almost 3 years now and I consider myself experienced enough to take this big of a task of overseeing the GAR while out of combat and during combat. I have past experience of leading people and I've seen a lot of leading styles during all those years and I think I can make up something that would work really well. I've seen different approaches and personalities of past and current battalion members and I am sure enough that I know how to act like in off-time and during battles.

I think that I can be funny sometimes, but also be professional if it comes down to a serious matter. I am always trying to be friendly with people at first and keep it like that. I also can't wait to experience supervising a regiment, it seems like a lot of fun and I think I'd enjoy it.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

The roles and responsibilities of Battalion are:

• Leading the GAR in combat. This is a very important task for a battalion since they are supposed to be the most qualified for this.
• Setting an example for other clones. Since a Battalion Officer Cadet is considered to be a higher rank than a Commander, a battalion member should create a good image of how a good clone should look and act like.
• Supervising a regiment that has been assigned. Battalion are also tasked with supervising a regiment's performance during battles and out of battles.
• Run the base/venator by granting/denying clone's requests. A passive task for battalion is to grant and deny what other clones can do on the base/venator or in combat even, if the respective battalion is leading/co-leading.
• Dealing with civilians demanding stuff over comms. If a civilian is asking the clone army permission to do something, the battalion should respond first.

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why)

 Yes I have been "Terminated" before (https://imgur.com/a/Ab1a8aW). The reason for this was the fact that I was using my equipment really badly back then whilst in 21st killing a lot of clones.
Strikes :
In 212th for small things adding up.
In CG for using the taser inappropriately.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:
Of course I do.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL)
A battalion member should stick with the regiment they are supervising, unless they are not supervising any meaning they should be in the backlines. They are not to give orders affecting the outcome of the battle to other people than their regiment. If they are co-leading they should assist the leading battalion aiding with information about location of hostiles, next objectives via comms.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:

• Open Sim
• Lead an event with voice amp
• Do a debrief 

What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to:
Captain and below

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment:

From what i can See you have a lot of warns some very recent and some for minor things other Serious.

1x MRDM 1x ARDM 3xRDM Prop kill Ect.

You also got Terminated for I quote Constant Insufficient Performance and Insubordination with all those things i don't see a Person fit of being a Member of Battalion from those things

you have been here for a While however not many High Ranking and did get Terminated on the CPT in 21st

however some of that Could have changed i just stated what i have seen for this APP 

i have talked to him About the warns Some of it was a Good while back he did also take Responsibility for some of his Actions

I have my reasons, basically i don't see you fit to be a battalion lets point it out why...

1. You have many warns a few recent ones 

2. With you joining so many regiments, it shows that you may not be able to stay in a singular place for long

3. You undermined my Decisions in many events also outside events

From my point of view, i don't even think you would fit in to the collective of great people 

Mabeye you have now great activity, but i dont think it outweights the Cons.

Very wide spread of regiment, though allot are left at low rank

Allot of warns for not so minor things

Did poorly enough to get terminated

In the end I believe your have potential now but it is a bit of a risk

- You also seem to lack the maturity and discipline needed for a Battalion shown by your amount of warns and demotions

Your strips weapons and comms bind is littearlly "Strips everything and I mean everything" really dosen't show you're a serious player.
