When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server around the start of December 2021. I have yet to take any breaks when playing and don’t intend on taking them anytime soon.  

  

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: Whenever I am on the server, I am always active in Discord and TeamSpeak, and I regularly check the forums to update myself on the new positions people get or to look at suggestions

State the role of staff on the server: My understanding off staff is help aid the roleplaying and serious effect off the server. Therefore, they should be able to tell the difference between somebody roleplaying and then somebody disobeying the rules and breaking them. Also, staff should be available to help the community by Giving out weapons, deleting vehicles helping players who are stuck and other issue 

  

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, I have read the rules 

  

List of all previous server staff experience: I reached staff rank of Senior Moderator on ice fuse Jedi vs Sith then after it got shut down, I managed to get Moderator on Ice fuse Imperial RP. This was back in around 2020 – early 2021. 

  

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes, I understand that my actions come with consequences and hierarchy members can act upon that. 

 
 

  

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 

  

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: Firstly, I would ask the player that had reported this player for his name. I would then check the logs to see if what he is saying is true. Depending on the severity or the event where it took place. I would warn them on the spot. Or if the incident took place during a Server Event, I would spectate them so I could clearly tell if they were killing clones on purpose or if they were just accidents and got caught in the crossfire. After this I would then punish them accordingly. 

  

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Initially, I would tell a battalion member so that they can tell an NCO+ to go and train them via republic comms. If this method does not work for whatever reason I ask in chat for any volunteers for a cadet trainer if nobody answers I would therefore Teleport the lowest ranking NCO online to train them, if they are AFK I would go to the next lowest ranking NCO, working the way up until somebody can train them. 

  

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would not act on this punishment as it was an accident due to attempting to put the weapon on safety. I would therefore let CG to deal with them if they deem it worthy. However, if this continued to happy over a period of time where it constantly happened on purpose punishment may be needed depending on the severity. 

  

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would not act upon this a staff member as this is a RP scenario, however I would kindly remind him to salute anybody 2ndLT+. To make sure that he doesn’t get into any trouble for something he may not have remembered. 

  

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: Firstly, I would ask them to explain what they have done, after they have explained I would tell them that FailRP is still a warnable offense even if it is not stated in the rules and sometimes you have to use your Common sense to be able to tell if what you are doing is not allowed and class as FailRP. After I have given the punishment accordingly, I would tell them that if they think that the punishment is not justified that they should appeal it on the forums 

  

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly; however, they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Initially, I would tell them that all I am doing is enforcing the server rules and just doing my job. Then I would explain to them what they did wrong and why they got this punishment. If they keep on arguing for no reason I would further take into consideration of more punishment. After that I would link them the rules or relocate them to the forums so that they can read up on the rules for themselves to make sure that they don’t make any wrong decisions. Furthermore, I would also tell them that if they disagree with the punishment and think it is not justified that they should make a Forum Post appealing about it. 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The main reason I believe I deserve Staff more than the other applicants is due to my activity, I’ve not been on this server for too long but I have managed to get myself to the rank of LT COL in a short space of time, and I am averaging around 160-200+ Hours every 2 weeks, all of these hours have been on this CWRP server as I don’t enjoy much else. I think having somebody like me would be a great strength and addition to the staff team as I would consider myself very active. I would consider myself mature and reasonable. Additionally, I do not have any issues with any members off the server, this would therefore lead to no biased perspectives towards the community. However, my time on the server is not long and some people could use this factor to go against me, but to be honest I am enjoying my time here immensely and I do not have any ideas of taking any breaks or even a slight feeling about resignations any time soon. I have a lot of plans I want to fulfil before even thinking about leaving the server. I believe that my commitment right now will be Staff and other roleplay related position I am committed towards. Another reason I want to be Staff is because I have played on numerous Star Wars servers before 2 of them, I have reached a decent rank in staff on, this server being Ice fuse which is a relatively large server As well. I enjoy playing Star Wars RP and dedicate a lot of my time towards it, I play as much as I can every day on the weekends I play every event, and then during the weekdays I play every event except the 2PM due to me being at school. I have invested my time and money into this server. Me becoming staff would further motivate me into grinding and putting my time into the community to prove myself as a viable option. During my time on the servers, I used to play which I obtained the staff rank I earned Staff of the week 3 Weeks in a row starting from the same week I gained the role of staff, this shows that I was dedicated to my position.

You also put good detail and have previous experience from other servers, however personally I haven't heard much about you myself so I would maybe try and go for a trusted rank on the server such as ARC, Hierarchy, Medic or Batt to show you are trustworthy.
