When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: Joined around Halloween havent take any wery long brakes just some LOAs but not exieding 1 week. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I always use teamspeak 3 and the discord server but arent often on the forums. State the role of staff on the server: Staff have the role of making the server work through helping out with claims like removing ships, helping in sim and more. They also make sure the server is enjoyable for everybody by keeping with the rules and punishing people who don't apply with the rules of the server. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would first TP the person in question away from ppl and freeze him, I would then ask for more information from the person who made the claim and if he had RDM people I would ban him for it. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I first ask in OOC comms if anyone wants to and if no one wants to I TP a random NCO+ Btw shouldn't this be removed or do people still ask to be trained by staff? 3 ) During a debrief, an ST accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was just one shot or two, and he immediately stopped when getting ask I would do nothing. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I don't use staff powers, I tell him as an in game character what he did wrong and move on since it is not a server rule just an RP rule. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would inform him that what he did is actually is a rule break according to the rules written, and I would proceed with warning him. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I stay calm and try to explain why he got this and that I'm only following server rules and if he continues to argue I would send him a link of the unban/unwarn req forum. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think I will be a great staff since I am very active on the server and am on every day. I really like the IRP server and I think my rank shows for that since I have been playing in the same reg with not too many changes. I'm up for a new thing and a new challenge. Since I have no previous experience in being staff or using any of the staff tools/apps I would not understand and be perfect at everything in the start but would pick it up pretty quick and come to be a great staff. I are really good at following rules and making sure other people follow rules and are quite patient when it comes to almost anything including waiting for someone and taking the time for them to understand what they did wrong and to make sure to help out with a claim no matter the size. I am not at all afraid to show someone what they did wrong and both correct them but also give out an accordingly punishment. Even at my young age I think I'm very competent at doing what I'm supposed to do and I think my achievements on this server show that. I am also a very dedicated to the server and enjoy being on the server witch and helping out and for me to come on and have fun while still keeping it serious and fun for everybody which i think would be really awesome which i think i would do great as a staff. But he has been trained by two of the best staff on the server in his hierarchy, and would have two great mentors through his staff ranks if he got it. I also have seen a lot of good qualities in him, and for someone to stay this patient with migny ETs is a good showcase of how patient he might be with annoying staff problems.
