Then of course I will warn RDM. If he keeps on killing, they will ban him 2) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I tell him that he doesn't need to be trained, but if he wants to be trained he can ask to be trained in the chat. 3 ) During a debriefing, an ST accidentally shoots someone while trying to protect his weapon: I tell him it is fine, but next time to be more careful with it  4 ) An ST #### does not salute you even though you are a rank higher than 2nd LT: I will not do anything about it because it is an ingame problem 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly mentioned in the server rules: I tell him that he is breaking a rule, warn him 6) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, but they disagree with your punishment and continue to argue: I tell him that I only do my job by following the rules and if he did nothing wrong, he would never be punished. So I can always help them even if I am not active on the server. I am always nice to people. If there are problems from different sides I ask both sides what their problem is and then help them both with what I can. So that they don't lose their enjoyment of playing on the server. Other reasons = I don't need to be a higher rank or staff or whatever. I'm just open to help the people on the server to make it more fun for them and let them enjoy the server Without problems. Makes More people come on the server. If I don't have a solution to help them, I call someone who can help me, so I know it too. And can help the one who has the same problem next time. I'm always an open person, they can talk to me about anything. About their regiment problems and server problems and everything I don't care about. I always try to help with their problems. I am a nice person. That makes people feel more welcome on the server. I am a person who wants to solve their problems on the server. no matter what.
