When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined 10/11/21 and have played it everyday since then, (Is when i joined IRP.) but have been apart of WG for a long time

I use teamspeak along with the forums and discord quite frequently as I do enjoy participating in the community

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

Well first I would ask the player to explain the situation. To understand the situation while they are explaining I would check logs to see for if they were killing imperials while they were also an imperial judging by the amount of people he rdm if it was more than 3 it would be MRDM. So it would be a warn and a ban for MRDM x(Whatever amount)

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Well I would explain that to play the server he doesnt need to be trained if he wants to get a feel for the server, However if they want to be trained  I would ask one of the online fleet/a random trainer to possibly train the ST Recruits

 

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:Well if it was truly accidental and no one wanted to make a sit about it. I would not deal with it as there are no complaints and it can be dealt with incharacter with either shock/fleet’s But in my personal opinion if a sit was made about it I would give the person their hp which they lost and at worst would give them a verbal warning as it was an accident. But if its proven its not accidental and intentionally I would warn them (The way of them being honest in the shooting accidental, If they’re a known minge on the server or if they have previous warnings)

 

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

I would not punish them for ooc reasons (as staff are OOC) But if this was out of a need to salute me, I would not be bothered by it. But if it was during training and I was or another member of my regiment was hosting it. I would simply remind them of needing to salute to the rank of 2nd LT+

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: Well it might not be in the rules but the first point of failrp is using common sense If they acknowledge that there was a chance that it could be failrp and were unsure they should of probably not done it in the first place or they could of checked with staff beforehand.  So depending on the situation I would warn them for FailRP

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would listen to their opinion and acknowledge their side of the story but sometimes it would be better to let them express how they’re feeling as if I do drop a punishment and return them it could only escalate the situation where one of the roles of staff is to de escalate a situation, But I would explain that if they still think its unfair if I after explain why I warned them. If they still continue to argue I shall hand out a short mute/gag time (Depending on the situation

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The reasons I believe that It would be beneficial for me to be on the werwolf gaming staff team, Is the fact I dedicate a large amount of my time onto the server, There being a well known person on the server as I have achieved the rank of fleet senior lt,

I have been known to be fair with those who deserve a  punishment, I am known to make sure that I am not bias in certains where someone needs to be held accountable for their actions, As I used to be a high rank in shock. I’m am very knowledgeable to the fact I need to investigate the situation a little and get both sides of the stories to ensure that will make the outcome of the situation. I also believe that since I previously have been staff I do have knowledge on how the commands work even though its been a long while since I have staff’d on a gmod But i’m sure I will suit into the role of being staff for this server quickly,

 

Yes my activity recently on the server over the past week has been poor, I do intend to that back to high I was dealing with a messed up sleep schedule and felt that i already had put in too many loa's to have another. But I am active player on the server despite managing irl stuff and werwolfgaming irp

One of the most highly active and high ranked fleet members, and also quite mature when he isnt piss drunk lol. Nah but honestly i have seen a bit more of Artic and i think he is actually someone who has the activity to pull of more then excellent peformance in staff, while also beeing mature enough to make good choices in staff. No doubt he will be a alr staff!
