What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) Since I have played for a long time and have familiarised myself with all of the rules of the server and what it can offer, I love leading and helping individuals, I can also be strict if necessary. I am willing to start taking things more seriously and to be extremely serious regardless of whether or not I am selected for the battalion. I am currently a medic, so I'm not currently on the frontlines but I am providing assistance with healing as well as passing along information whenever possible. My tendency to be too short-tempered sometimes presents a problem, but I have learned to calm myself down and cope with this; it no longer exists. During my time on this server, I can show resourcefulness and willingness to help. I am an exceptionally great listener and will take all of your feedback to heart. They will give me advice on what to improve on, and what I am already good at, and will help me make appropriate choices in the future. Good or bad advice will give me valuable insight into the time that I am playing on this forum, but I am aware that I can talk too much sometimes, but if you get to know me, you'll understand that I don't mean it on purpose. However, I will need to be told once to stop talking. It has been a revelation to see how much better I have become at serving people and being dedicated to the server.

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) A Battalion's role is to ensure safety, survival, and ensuring the most effective strategies to counteract an attack They act as leaders, telling other regiments what to do and where to go they grant and deny authority over the GAR they help their regiments as much as they can to make the best decisions possible but this isn't the only thing they do. As well as maintaining respect for their fellow soldiers, they supervise over regiments, being professional at all times and giving feedback to the admirals and hierarchy of the regiments. They host training sessions within the regiments that they are supervising or they can hold open simulations to test the battle capability of the soldiers and offer advice to clones who need it.

 

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) I don't think I have been striked inside of a regiment before.

 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, I fully understand the roles and responsibilities of the Battalion.

 

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) While the Battalion isn’t leading all of the clones to victory from the backline, they may be aiding their regiment with anything they can, they may also be helping the GAR at the mid- or front-lines by aiding them by giving them their help using their arsenal and knowledge, which are extremely useful in battle; [if they are directing the 41st, they should not be going into battle from the front line.] The battalion in charge will turn the tide of winning and losing by eliminating all potential threats and ensuring they do not start a rebellion by going to vantage points to scout out the best possible strategy and relaying this information to the Battalion in charge.

 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: The Battalion Officer Cadet has to lead a planetary with voice amp, complete a debrief to a good enough standard and have an open simulation for clones to join and make their combat skills to the peak of its condition. 

 

What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: The Battalion Brigadier can promote/demote up towards CPT/Captain.

 

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment: Battalion Colonel + [Battalion Colonel is the lowest rank of the Battalion that can use 2 pieces of regimental equipment that they are supervising].

harrold is a good SO and is pretty active my only concern is your not so serious of a player and are coming back to the server and Battalion NEED serious and competent people not daying that you arent. But with what i have seen from you like to mess around a bit but good luck anyways!

Continuously minged in CG, decided to resign on a strike after killing 10/11 friendlies in an event in CG. Maybe you have changed in 501st due to getting MJR but you had a bad attitude in CG not too long ago.

I dont see you  as someone that would make a good Battalion Member due to the fact that you seem to be bit too loos and  immature and the fact from what i have seen you don't take Constructive criticism very well and the fact that you are new in the Staff Officer Rank

How to Improve your Chances

Instead of taking criticism as an Attack take it as a  way to improve on the subject criticised upon

Become more mature and start to show leadership 

and try to be more strict

-Don't see you as someone who could do a battalion job, you are not that serious in-game which is an important factor in battalion
-Even though you have 3 weeks of playtime, haven't seen much of you, show more leadership in-game, be more serious and maybe your chances will be improved!

Not got a good reputation, nor seems mature enough to be battalion.
In my opnion has a really bad attitude problem.
Demoted in CG for killing 10 friendlies in a event.

Anybody who interacts with Harrold on a daily basis like myself knows at the end of the day he is a good guy. Those who are letting the past affect their opinion of his current state haven't attempted to interact with him as I personally believe he has shown improvement. 

Pros:

- Highly active 

- Leads events often and supports his regiment well

- Has shown improvement in maturity.

Cons:

- Still has moments of minge, but there are few.

Well first of all Harrold you are an active player in 501st and doing good from what I have seen. 

But in my opinion you are not mature enough for battalion, you are not strict, serious and I can't see you in my eyes leading the server in battles. And from what I saw from you in CG isn't the best.
