After being in CT for a long time I have found proper ways of disciplining people and welcoming new players in making them feel welcomed on the server. Throughout my time leading the CTs I gave them clear orders on where to go. It is up to the Sith what will happen if they decide fighting is the answer. Event Character Execution: Clone: The refugees will be outside of the base asking the republic for medical aid. After exchanging words they will make there way into the base and make their way to the med bay to get healed. Once they are healed and taken care of they will make there way to the gate. When they reach the gate the refugees will reveal there weapons and start shooting the clones. They will try to push them back, attacking from different fronts. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: First, If it happens in front of me I would freeze him and take him to a private area tell him what he is being punished then I will give him a warn but if it didn't happen in front of me I would check logs find if that ct actually starting killing clones if he did I would bring him give him the proper punishment. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would say that I'll get you a trainer and then I would go to a Battalion member and ask them to get a NCO+ to the cadet area after a couple minutes if that fails then I would ask Battalion to send someone to do the training. If there is no Battalion on I would just bring someone to the cadet area and nicely ask them to train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I wouldn't do anything because as long as he doesn't start shooting multiple people or continuing to do it CG will probably take care of him. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I wouldn't really care, its not really a staff issue. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would try to tell them that they are still failrp even though that its not stated then I would give them the proper punishment and then tell them that you can go onto the forums and put a unwarn statement in forums. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: First I would keep my cool because I deal with minges all the time in ct. I would tell him what he did wrong and then I would tell him to make a unwarn or a unban request and then I would return him back and move on. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think that I deserve staff more than the other applicants because I bring integrity because I deal with minges on a daily basis in CT I will not be fazed by the way they act when I punish them plus It would be advantage to have me because majority of the time a #### CT breaks the rules so I will mostly right by them when it happens so I would be easy to take care of them and they get stuck the most so I can help them with that and I bring maturity and I will take it serious I would not abuse the powers and I would be dedicated to do good in Staff because as you can see I made it to EXO so it shows my dedication. I can get along with anyone I go by you treat people the way you want to be treated and I’m laid back and having some fun here and there. You can't always be serious or you wont have fun. I can bring later supervision since I'm a couple hours behind and it will give people more opportunity for sims or helping people when they are stuck or someone is having an issue. Even though I lack experience at staff I am willing to learn as much as I can and listen to current staff members and learn as much as I can from them. Finally I will try my best to bring fun and excitement to the server by taking care of the rule breakers and helping people on the server and try to make staff proud.

What your suggestion is: CT getting AT TEScriptfodder/workshop link:Any additional information: I think that CT should have the AT TE because as you can see in the picture the AT TE is being manned by a vast majority of base CT and even being gunned by a base CT and it is a base vehicle for the republic too and plus its a frontline vehicle too and it would fit us too a frontline reg. We could play a big role in the battle by aiding 212th rather than putting all the weight on them we could split the load like rather than being a burden for the republic we can add extra fire power to the battlefield. You could say that a 4 number CT can get in and start shooting up other clones but what about 212th or CE a clone trooper could get into their vehicles and start shooting clones it happen but rarely the same would happen here it could happen but rarely and as there is limited shooting seats that would mean it will be harder for a 4 number CT to get in and start shooting people because by the time they realize the spots are already taken care of by other trusted CTs plus it could make CT look good as a regiment this could help our numbers too in the reg because we actually have something that they work towards for and maintain numbers too. I think that only a Commander and Vice Commander can spawn it in and the only ones that can drive it but can be used by EXO and SO only if they are trained to use it and by leading wise its mostly done by SO and CO so that wouldn't be a issue and if some one is in it leading the co lead can help aid the CTs into battle and we could use it as a good transport too.

What your suggestion is: CTs getting a vehicleScriptfodder/workshop link: Any additional information: I think that CTs should have a vehicle like the AT-RT because every regiment have there special gem that they have unlike CT there is nothing special that we have. Like when we are pushing we could use a vehicle help us push forward, basically help us fight better rather than going in and dying every time we could actually stand a chance if we have a AT-RT to help us. It'll give us some extra fire power when we are fighting. It adds more versatility to CTs and we can help aid in more fights too, the only people that can have it is the SO and RH of the regiment because when you get that high up you are more trust worthy of using it because getting to SO in CT is hard so they look at how you are and at that time they usually know how you act. Plus it could help the regiment grow too because we have something that will make people grind for.
