Why do I believe that I should be unbanned:
After I was banned, I made an "unban" application. In that application, I express myself to be sorry for what I did, and one I still am. Not a day goes by that I do not think back on all the insanely cozy moments I had inside the SWRP sever. I did not know what I was doing at the time, and had the just bought VIP + and Pac3 and had just boosted the discord severern. I was incredibly surprised that I was banned, but when Camby told me what the problem was I understood. I still understand to this day why I was banned and can well see that I should be banned for it. The first application I wrote was rejected and I was told I had to write another one after some time. Therefore, I am writing this one, hoping that I will be seen with a different view. After that I learned my lesson. I have spent a little over 100 hours inside the severn, and was super happy with the community that was inside. I miss the sever and all its players.... Regards. Luis

Reading the reason for your ban is bad enough, as it was explained by Hazard in your first unban application. However the fact that you are writting this after a month since your first unban being rejected does tell me, that you are acually commited to getting back.

I checked you on discord and you do have a decent amount of CC loggings and you aren't blacklisted from 212th (somehow), so the quality is there.

That still doesn't excuse the fact that you joined a discord server or created it, with the intetions of reaching high ranks and abusing them with other people.

That is why I am giving you a neutral and not a flat -1.

I have not played on my PC since the incident, and I have deleted all my games and all most sold my pc. But I couldn't because I missed the server and got a felling that I might get unbanned if im super lucky.

Even though I 100% agree with the ban, its been a decent while since the incident, a month and a half roughly, and you were extremely active and a positive member of the community before the incident occurred. Also you were a decently low rank at the time so you didn't actually exploit on the server yet even if you were planning to with other people once you hit a high rank. Which is still a scummy thing if you did scheme to exploit the server.

Also being completely fair there is a double standard to this ban as it can be proven for a fact that actual former high ranking members of the server in character and out of character ranks did use discords to actively exploit it for their own personal gain and no punishment was given out.

Been a month-ish already, while you were a 212th NCO you were really active and to be honest some people (way higher ranks as list said) have done what you did but worse. Should be given another chance

Luis was my trainer when i first joined the server and i got a good vibe from him. I didn’t get to talk to him much because he got banned after a couple days after i was trained by him. He feels really genuine and i feel like he deserves another chance. He didn’t actually get a high rank and he didn’t get to exploit it. Even If he had the intention to. No harm No foul is my Usual take on the rules.

And i think thats how his situation should be taken in this specific case.

You were a very good NCO and what you did was messed up but there have been a lot of worse things done. As long as you remember the lesson you have learned this past month I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to come back. You were a very active member of the community and you can achieve some promising things if you keep your nose clean.

+1 what you did was messed up but I believe everyone should have second chances depending on the circumstances so, if you do get unbanned. Report anyone that you think is trying to make you or is already doing that since it can cause a lot of drama, anyways good luck

That is a fair point. He has actually took the time to work on what he did and think about his actions I believe he has understood what he has done wrong and is going to improve on them greatly
