When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server around Halloween and have taken a few breaks here and there, but no longer than one week.


How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I'm always in TS and use discord every day for logs, chatting etc. Forums however I don't use often except for reviewing other apps

State the role of staff on the server: They are supposed to help in claims with doing thing like giving weapons, helping in sims and other claims. They are also ment to make sure people don't break rules and if rules are broken they should give appropriate warn/ban.


Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?: Yes I am familiar with the server rules

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes I do




Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:


1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would first TP to the person who has been said to break rules and watch if he is currently breaking rules and if so I would move him to a rooftop or some high place and freeze him so that he doesn't continue. I would then proceed with TPing the person who made the claim to make him explain more. I would then cheek B logs to see if the person is correct. And if the person in question has broken rules, I would give out appropriate punishment. But if when I TPd to him and see him do nothing I would TP to the person who did the claim and ask him to explain, then check B logs to check if he is correct and then give out appropriate punishment depending on previous warns/bans and the severity of the situation. If it turns out he didn't do anything, I would not do anything but tell the person who made the claim to not do false claims.


2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I TP to him and tell him that he doesn't need to be trained and can go out playing, but if he insist I would aks in OOC chat for a NCO to train him and if no one coms I would make an NCO do it


3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would tell him not to repeat it and depending on if its an accident or not I would let slide or arrest him for golden rule.


4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would tell him to salute people above 2nd LT no matter the regiment/person and not give any punishment. Especially not use any staff power since it's an IC matter.


5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would tell him that even tho it is not stated in the rules, it will classify as FailRP and then give out appropriate punishment. If he continues to argue I will explain that I'm just doing my job and if he continues I would give him the link to the forum and would then leave him (TP myself back or TP him back)


6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell him that I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and that I believe it was a fair punishment but if they continue to argue I would then show the person the forums and would then TP him back.



Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I would be a good fit for staff since I'm very active, good at following rules and also good at dealing with "mingie" people. I am on almost every day and rarely takes any LOA/ROAs which shows for my good activity. I'm also making sure to follow the rules in both IC and OOC, I'm also familiar with the rules since I have played for a long time. Since I was ST for a few months and got to a rank as EXO I have learned how to deal with "mingie" ST who doesn't follow rules and which I believe could be useful in dealing with people breaking rules. I am also very competent even for my age and believe my high rank show for that. I'm also friendly so for example I would not start screaming at a person who is arguing and wouldn't get angry at him, I would simply remain calm and explain as good as possible my side and carry out the punishment fairly. I am also a very quick learner, so learning the basics to staff and using ULX wouldn't be hard. I have also played the server for a long time and was here almost at the start and I believe that shows my dedication to the server. I have wanted to be a part of the staff or event team for a long time to do my part in the community and believe I would be a great fit because of the listed reasons. Furthermore, I have gained a lot of friends on the server and think all of they would vouch for me being a good member of the community and also deserving of staff.

Rapid is not only a very serious, competent, mature and high ranking member of the server; but he is also one of the most active ones too.  I think he would be a solid choice for staff, and as his fleet commander for a while now i would say he can be very trusted with the power that would be given to him.

Engages with troopers on base well & I have seen his confidence go up a lot.


Question 3 - I would leave this for in character & not get involved in any capacity as staff if you believe it to be accidental. Of course if you were fleet leading a debrief then this approach would be appropriate.
