Just tell the person to make sure they do since it’s technically FailRP to not. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Tell them even though it is not specifically stated in the rules their action is still consider FailRP, if they’ve already been verbally warned for their actions warn them, if not just give them a FailRP warn and watch their behavior. Along with telling them that if they believe the warn is in valid to make an unwarn or unban request on the forums. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Give them a verbal warning for DTS and tell them to just accept it, if they continue to DTS I would warn for DTS and/or add time to a ban I might be giving them for other reasons. If it continues to mass DTS just ban for a week or add a week to their ban. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I should be chosen for staff over other applicants for the following reasons. 1. I belive I am trusted in the community as proven with being Event Planner twice along with being in ARC Twice and finally being Commander Twice. I believe that I can be trusted with both ULX/Admin perms and with RP power. I also believe that when the CT Coup happened I was not remove from EXO like Mcknight was from Commander because I was trusted more than a pack of retards making immature and irresponsible demands in the most retared way possible, although that dosen’t say much, I do hope it shows that even when an attempted backstab on me was made I was still the more preferable option. 2. Experience/Competence with dealing with new players. I was in CT for over a year; nearly half of that was as CT Hierarchy. I've had to deal with so many new players coming onto the server and have had to deal with them, for example non-brig punishments and having to teach new players rules. Although there was an attempt to remove me from my position I believe that being CT Hierarchy shows that I was competent enough to help new players and also deal with the ridiculous amount of minges that join the server and can better determine when new players have made a mistake versus intentionally misbehaving. 3. Dedication to the server as I ‘ve been on the server on and off for the past 2 years and I’ve been in a few of the regiments so I have a wider range of experience than other people. Alongside that I’ve haven’t been warned, kicked or banned in the pasted year, my only ban coming from when I was being a retard when I was intending to play the server properly which I must admit I regret. Showing my dedication I’ve stayin position for a long time without resigning, rank transferring or getting demoted and have had to make my way up to Hierarchy 2x. I belive that as a candidate for staff I can bring dedication to it just like I have with my RP Ranks, along side maturity and seriouness along with comptancy with know and enforing the rules.

What your suggestion is: So 2 suggestions for edition to the current comms system. 1. Make a general "SIM" Comms and everyone will have access or just give Clone comms to SIM Troopers. Additionally give each SIM team there own comms to communicate with their team, would be useful for large SIM areas. 2. Make an object that you can interact with to get specific comms e.g If you want to see SIM Team chats when you are hosting a SIM (If the first idea is accepted) or allowing battalion supervisors to gain access to their regiments comms. Obviously it would have allow comms to be picked up in only those circumstances.
