  2. -1 Good Lad However. Seems to be very argumentative and stubborn. Attempts to get his way no matter what. While in CT he didn't communicate much with the regiment except during his trial period. Along with failing to reach minimums and host a bare minimum of trainings. Obviously I don't know if any of this has changed, so best of luck.

  4. I'm unemployed because of the game 'Among Us'. Any advice? Oh my fucking god guys I am fucking fuming. So the other day at work my boss told us that he recently discovered the video game Among Us, and ever since, his behaviour has become rather concerning. He now refers to me and my coworkers as 'crewmates'. Last Wednesday, when he noticed my teenage colleague slacking off at his workstation, he yelled at him saying he was "faking his tasks" and is "acting sus". I confronted my boss telling him that his behaviour lately has been egregious and immature, and he proceeded to call me an idiot and yelled "kicked!" The next day I caught him dancing around in his office blasting "among drip" from his desktop at full volume. I entered his office to kindly ask him to turn off the music since it was distracting to me and my coworkers. He looked at me angrily, telling me he has called an "emergency meeting", instructing me to have a seat. I asked him what was the matter and he told me that I have been acting extremely "sus". He repeatedly yelled "you're the impostor", telling me to say goodbye to my job because I have been "ejected". I fucking lost my job and I don't know what to do. Please help me Reddit! I have nowhere else to turn.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I have shown I am a mature, competent and trusted member of the community, as I have been in an EXO+ position for the 2nd time (3 if you count 327th Temp EXO), been an Event Planner twice and have been in ARC, as well as this I have been in CT for nearly 6 months at this point, and in that time I think I have shown that I mature as I did not involve myself with the “CT coup” and was even a target of the “coup” as I was apparently “regimentally” disliked because I was chosen over someone else, although this might look bad on my part I believe it shows my maturity and being trusted within the community as nothing happened to me because of the “coup” as did with McKnight. Along with this, I have learnt from my mistakes that cause my image in the eyes of the Coup such as my communication with the regiment. Moreover, I am more suited to dealing with situations as having to deal with CTs nearly every and the utter retardation that they can get up to make me knowledge on how to appropriately handle a staff situation, along with knowing when to draw the line between a regiment and staff matter. Along with this, I have been playing both gmod and swrp for quite a long time around 7000 hours so I have experienced many a staff sits, knowing how to appreciate staff behaviour and punishments deescalates situations rather than creating a larger situation. Finally, I want to state that my warns/ban are nearly 1-year-old showing that I have been mature enough to not continue the behaviour that got me banned.
  6. What is your suggestions: Currently from what I've seen the DC-15A and DC-15S have the exact same status. I would like to suggest a stat change along with a change to CT Loadout. Scriptfodder/workshop link: N/A Any additional information: N/A Keep the stats on the DC-15S and then buff the DC-15A to be a better long rank option but like reduce clip size to 30, along with this give CT ET DC-15S instead of their current DC-15A, along with that give CT NCO the new improve DC-15A that was suggested. This would not only buff CT, but other regiments would get effected, for most regiments would have a better starting weapon to play with. Obviously this would be a massive change but it would improve the effectiveness of CT as they are supposed to act as a mix between 501st and DU. However the current "unique" CT weapon is shared with 3 other regiments and with the state of it, it's really useless in attacking a long range.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Firstly I’m a more serious player than some people, however, I’m not serious enough to a point where it makes unable to understand when someone accidentally breaks a rule that they might’ve been unaware of. I think I can give more informed decisions when punishing people as having to deal with some CT’s meaning I won’t be overly harsh with giving out punishment nor will I be lenient as I know how bad people can be with minging for FailRP behaviour and I know how to spot someone who is oblivious to the rules or is uninformed of server rules, I think this also makes my judgements towards rule-breakers as more fair as I have made people in the past completely 180 their behaviour from playing as a minge to following RP rules at lease. I also have more experience with the staff tools and powers as I have been EP twice before, which has to give me experience with dealing with people using ULX and Logger during events looking for HP rushers, in event rooms dealing the mess that can sometimes happen as well as helping with sims using commands, obviously, it’s not even close to being real staff however it has given me some experience others might not have. Along with this, I’m quite active on the server during more of the peak times and then later into the night, I also may have more experience to other people as I have nearly 7000 in this game so I’ve seen and been in a good few staff sits so I know how staff should act when dealing with rule-breakers. I’ve also had more RP experience as previously state with my in-game time along with being previously 501st Hierarchy for 6 months around 4 beings as a commander as well as being currently CT EXO and ex-ARC along with Temp 327th EXO when the regiment was added, I feel as if I’m trusted by the community to hold big responsibility.

Obstacles - The area heading towards the main base from LZ will be blocked off a landslide preventing a full advance directly towards the base. The venator will be randomly orbitally struck as the CIS see it as a threat and attempt to use it as a mass explosive. There will be forward defences on the caves in small outposts and fortifications. Jedi The CIS has sent JHD to deal the caves along with mining equipment, they won’t be activated until either the equipment is touched or they are directly threatened then they will attempt to defend it. Jedi have to cut up the mining equipment in order to save the kyber crystals. Event Characters 1st - All ECs will just north of the bunker near the LZ an attempt to delay until the republic arrives at the bunker. 2nd - Once at the bunker the commando droids + sniper will spawn near the caves and pick off the clones as they make their way inside the bunker. B1 Heavies will attempt to hold inside the bunker while pilots still dog fight. 3rd - Once the bunker/hangar is taken the droids to move to a fallback line, pilots will have one last ship and then will be switched to B1 Heavies. 4th - Once the forward defenses of the base are taken all droid garrison the base until the republic take it over. Extra Info: When inside the bunker I will attempt to make it less choke pointy than it making sure the droids don’t run up the stairs Story: Republic's Execution: Battalion get orders from Republic Intelligence that an important outpost has been taken on Vanqor and that it must be recaptured. The CIS have reinforced it with a Division of droids and that they are using the local factory as a launching point for Fighters and Bombers, their orders are to recapture the temporary airbase then once it has been delt with the should move on towards the main base. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalion main role is to lead during events (weather this be co-leading or just leading), maintain day to day running of the base and to assist in the running of regiments, they’re not here to replace regimental hierarchy or to ideally by while the hierarchy of a regiment (they are supervising) dose all the work, they should try their best to assist when asked or needed. Battalion has the responsibility of acting as an example of behavior and attitude on base, meaning they should be showing those within regiments what is acceptable in normal duties, trainings/tryouts and events. Battalion who are supervising a regiment shouldn’t get involved with punishing regiments or the running of it, they should be reporting on their activity, performance and behavior. What your suggestion is: Bascially reduce the price of the bacta gel tube and adrenaline shot by 1000 credits, this would allow people who heavily use bacta and stims not loose money compaired to their salary, as well as that I think it would encourage more use of them as currently only the bacta is used.
