Should SCP-8==D-J's phallus ever show signs of diminishing size, MTF-Pen-15 ("The Exclusive Club") is to be deployed to Washington DC disguised as a group of tourists, and arouse SCP-8==D-J's phallus as much as is required to return it to full erection. 😃

  7. +1 - Has already got gLua experience - Has already tried some fixes for IRP stuff locally - Dedicated to IRP
  8. -1 - Blacklisted from CG on CWRP - Blacklisted from Medic on CWRP - Blacklisted from being a Check-up patient on CWRP - Generally immature and has power trips, would probably abuse any ULX given to him
  9. In-game name(s): Jensen, Pesh Vuk Steam Name: Jensen Steam ID: (https://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:1:64215725 Age when applying: 21 What country do you currently reside in? What is your time-zone: UK, BST Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes Current total game-time on the server (type !time): 3d 19h IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on IRP: IE Executive Officer, Vanguard Sergeant, Sith Apprentice, Platinum VIP Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: Yes, speak When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: March Beta, Nope How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: All daily State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on the server is to deal with OOC issues. This includes inforcing the server rules, giving players weapons/vehicles/setting spawns for valid reasons, helping answer any questions a player may have about the server and finally to not abuse the ULX powers they have been given. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, as familiar as I can considering the rules on the forum are out of date and staff in OOC sometimes disagree on rules. List of all previous server staff experience: Admin for a DarkRP server sometime around 2016 Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would first check damage logs to check if the accused player has killed anyone recently, and if they have then I will have a sit with them where I explain to them what they have done, remind them it is against the rules, and let them know what punishment they will be receiving. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would TP to the cadet and inform them of our atuomatic cadet training system and how it works. I would then let them know that if they do want a human trainer, I can get them one instead. If they want a human trainer then I will TP to a member of fleet that is online and ask them to tell an NCO to train the specific cadet. If there is no fleet on, or there is an event in progress, then I would bring NCO+ (starting with lowest ranking) to the cadet room and ask if they are busy, until I find someone to train the cadet. If it is an event, then they must train the cadet unless leading their regiment. 3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I would first check damage logs to see if it really was an accidental shot or if they shot many times. If they shot only once I would let it be dealt with IC, however if it was many shots I would deal with it accordingly as ARDM or RDM. 4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: I would treat this IC, as it is not an OOC issue for staff to deal with. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would remind them that the rules state [1.4.1] that in a situation not listed that it is up to staff discretion and that they should use common sense when considering if something is FailRP or not. If they want to appeal, I would let them know that they can do so on the forums. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would calmly explain my reasoning and if they still had an issue I would let them know that they can appeal the punishment on the forums. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I deserve staff, as whilst being a new player as of the current iteration of the server, I have been extremely active on the server, even during quieter periods. I received a free middle-NCO rank in IE, and have worked hard to rank up to 2nd LT, and now receive EXO. Whilst I am new to the IRP community, I have 6 months of experience on CWRP Feb 2023 - August 2023 where I achieved high ranks such as Senior Medic and 212th COL. I had also trialed for DMO and 212th EXO (the latter I resigned before being chosen as the EXO). What I am trying to emphasise with my list of ranks is that I am extremely hard working and commited to the roles I get, and I believe I could bring this to the staff team especially near the start of the launch when the server needs the help. I also believe I deserve to be picked for staff as I am the right amount of both mature and easy-going. I know the line between when it is acceptable to joke around and when things need to be taken seriously, and will not allow bias to affect my decisions when needed. Finally, I would like to mention that my lack of GMod staff roles can be made up for similair positions in IRL communities and other forums in years past. Thank you for taking the time to read my staff application, and I hope that if I am picked that I can contribute greatly to the community, and if not that another great candidate be picked.
  10. +1 Long time player, cool guy and easy to talk to
  11. +1 - Been around for a long time and still active - Nice guy and a smart bugger - Welsh
  12. +1 - Had high rank on both Clone and Jedi so can be trusted - Stayed with his high IC rank even though Jedi is dead beyond belief - Past ULX experience - Knows how to make a good cuppa, probably
  13. +1/Neutral - Focuses more on GMod than real life - Behaviour has improved a lot in the past few months - Staff can enjoy making fun of her ULX restrictions because she reacts to bullying
  14. +1 - has no life so can be an active member of the staff team - previous staff experience

  18. Out of Character Section (OOC) - Steam Name: Jensen Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:64215725 Current OOC rank on the server and / or in other communities (e.g. Plat VIP, Mod, Event Planner): Plat VIP Age (Must be 14+): 21 What is your playtime (2+ Weeks Minimum): 4w 2d 6h Do you have a microphone, is it good quality: Affirmative Have you read through the Battalion Handbook, and extending documents from it: Affirmative Do you meet the requirements: Affirmative State all previous OOC punishment (Kicks, Bans and Warnings | Including Discord / Team Speak) and provide a screenshot of your list of warnings (Go in-game and do !warns) then provide a screenshot: 2 warns, a kick and a 4-day ban all for Sexy Dancing on my first day In Character Section (IC) - In-Game name (Regiment, Rank then your name): 212th LCPL Jensen Highest rank obtained (Including previous): 212th Senior Medic Colonel (Trial DMO and Trial EXO) Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment (If so explain the reason): Negative What is the Battalion Motto: Lead your men to death. Honour is better than surrender. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): Battalion are to be role models to the Troopers in the GAR. They maintain authority and respect, whilst being approachable at the same time. They are to actively participate within our army, making sure to grant/deny any requests in republic comms channels, as well as regularly keep an eye on information in all comms channels to manage and protect the base accordingly. They are to be mature and not break any rules of the GAR. They are to think before speaking, and give commands with clear intent and authority. They should also make sure Troopers are on their toes, and not idling around during DEFCON 5. Finally, Battalion are to not be rude when unnecessary as they should be friendly to our Troopers. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I have recently been in the position of Colonel within the 212th Attack Battalion for 3 months. And during that time I had also held the role of Senior Medic within Regimental Medics. I believe this shows not just my ability to hold high ranks but also my ability to be dedicated to my work, and to not mess around, as seen by my lack of licence removals, licence bans, strikes or demotions. I know the rules of the GAR well, and can make sure to hold myself and my peers to these standards, without bias. I believe I am well known amongst the Troopers of the GAR, and can be seen as a role model to newer members of the army. I can be incredibly mature when needed, and am willing to focus on this within a role in the Battalion. I have both tried for Deputy Medical Officer and 212th Executive Officer, the prior I did not win due to great competition, and the latter I did not receive due to resigning prior the end of trials, however I believe I would have earned the position. Finally, I am incredibly active in what some Troopers refer to as "Discord" and "Teamspeak''. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank? Affirmative. What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): When they are assigned a regiment to supervise, they are to be close to their regiment. If their regiment is to lead a push, the member of Battalion is supposed to hold back and not be the one to lead. If they are not supervising a regiment, or not supervising a frontline regiment, they should stay between the middle and back of the army. They must also listen to the leading member of Battalion for instructions, just as you would in any regiment. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted? Host an open training, lead a base attack and lead a planetary attack with debrief What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too: Captain Anything else?: W-G E-Planner
  19. +1 Good application, nice guy, good EP, puts in lots of effort

This includes enforcing the rules, providing assistance (such as taking claims for SIMs/trainings/whitelists/being stuck), resolving conflict between players (such as a disagreement over whether one of them broke a rule), and finally to not abuse the power that they have been given (ULX, logs etc.) Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?: I have read the server rules multiple times and feel very familiar with them List of all previous server staff experience: Admin for a DarkRP server sometime around 2016 Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would first check the appropriate logs to check if the accused player has killed anyone recently, and if it is true I will start a sit with the accused player and explain to them what they have done, remind them it is against the rules, and tell them what punishment they will be receiving. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would TP to the cadet and let them know I will get them a trainer. If they are busy I will return them and move on to the next person. (In the case of an event, they must train the cadet unless CO/SO training.) 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This is an IC incident, and will be dealt with appropriately by someone brig trained. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an IC incident and if I cared enough I would deal with it IC, but I probably wouldn't as CT #### hardly know the IC rules. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would remind them that the FailRP rules state that it is down to using common sense when not listed, and if they disagree they can appeal on the forums. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would calmly explain the reasoning to them, and let them know they can appeal on the forums. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I deserve staff because I possess a multitude of qualities desired in an applicant. First and foremost, I have great communication skills, which I believe were neccesary for me to have been great competition for Spankers in the DMO Trials, as leading medics requires lots of clear explanation to our members as well as communication with the HMO to make sure we are running smoothly, I did not shy away from keeping Mel updated at all times. I believe I can be extremely fair, hearing people out but enforcing punishment when needed. Thirdly, I have a strong proactive nature, going out of my way to deal with something before it becomes an issue, such as making sure the medic spreadsheet is working correctly when I start my Temp DMO periods and talking to medics about their behaviour before they develop into something worse later down the line. I believe this shows as a 212th COL as well, as I like to help our hierarchy out however I can. What I lack in time spent on the server, I believe I make up for in my experience "moderating" communitites outside of GMod. For the past 3 years I have been a committee member for several University societies (currently running one as the highest position), and I have had to deal with lots of different people and making sure I fairly dealt with the situation (as it has more impact dealing with real people than gamers online.) And, I am no stranger to knowing when is time to escalate a situation, an example being someone stalking a member of one of the societies I was helping run, and having to raise it the university/police. Overall, I think my maturity and ability to be serious, as well as my excellent communication make me shine as the applicant to be picked for a staff position. Thank you for reading my application.
