First of all, I think you are suiteble for the staff team, you are playing on the server for a long time and I am sure you already have a lot of knowledge on the server rules and on how to deal with different sits as you might have witnessed some.
Furtheremore I am going to say that you application looks very good, you took your time to write it, I noticed some grammatical errors but it is not a huge problem in this case.
You also answered the questions correct, I did not noticed minor mistakes in the answeres.

My conclusion is going to be a +1

Let me give you my opinion on your application.

Let's start with the first thing I have to say. When I read your application for the first time, I noticed grammatical errors. I'm assuming that you haven't really taken the time to read your application and come up with possible things to add / improve. eg the grammar.

Also, I'll add that you are not really known to the WWII RP community (in my opinion), I have never really interacted with you and therefore I am not sure if you would be a suiteble member of the staff team
You should take Johan's advice, be more active on the forums and join different channels in TS.

In the Questions section, you answered the questions correctly, but with small details, some of the answers could have been more detailed, and that's what I expected from you, like you said you were a former staff member of a SWRP server, but it seems like you would have accelerated your application.

Let me give you my conclusion: It is sad to see that a former staff member of a SWRP server rushes his staff application and you are not very well known to the community, therefore I will give you a -1

First of all, I have to say that I also recommend for staff. The reason for this is that you are perhaps one of the most committed and active members of the Gestapo and show a lot of professionalism, and I think that you would be a perfect addition to the staff team.

Nevertheless, I will now give you my comment on your application.
The application is well written and doesn't appear to be rushed at all. You took the time to write it. Of course that's a good thing. The questions about "How would you deal with these scenarios?" Are also very well written and the answers are correct.
The same applies to the rest of the questions, the answers are correct.

As I said before I think you are suitable for the staff team and therefore I am going to give you a +1

The thing is, if he is constantly abusing his powers he will just get demoted from the staff team, but the application looks good and he put a lot of effort into it, if he gets accepted they will watch out that he is not abusing, if he is, he is gone from staff.

And with this I would like to end this conversation, since this is a staff application and not a place for a discussion.

Let me just quickly say something.

Only because he was „bad“ in his staff duties that does not mean that he is going to be the same here.

He applied for staff, that means that he is going to volunteer to put a lot of effort in his position, the evidence is the staff application, he took his time to write it and he did it very well.

Of course you had no idea, but like I just said it, if you have to go AFK for a long time change your job and do not stay in a RP situation.

But you could have guessed it, when the whole Mafia is in the church making sacrifices.

The thing is, when you have to go AFK for a long time you should change your job to citizen and not stay in a Mafia base

Hello, let me explain what happened from my pont of view.
You were with the whole Mafia in the church making a sacrifice or whatever happened in there, and you were in the middle of a RP situation, afterwards a agend of the Gestapo ordered the 1.ss to raid the church, after that they had you as a prisoner and you got brought to the MOI to get interrogated.
You said that you had to go AFK, sure you can do it, but not in a church where you were in the middle of a RP situation and about to get raided. If you want to go AFK, change your job and do not stay in the church.

Your application is good, the questions have been answered correctly and you have experience with the ULX commands.

Alright, let me comment your application.

On my first time I read through it, I noticed that you rushed the application a bit which is sad, because if you would have taken a bit more time writing and edditing it, the application would be more organized.
But this is not the yellow of the egg, the important part are the questions and in that part I noticed some small mistakes:

The first mistake is here, in my opinion you should not warn someone for FailRP if they clearly show no intention to RP, you would most likely give him a NITRP Tier I/II warn and ban.

I know Frey for a long time now and I think he would be perfect for the HL RP staff team, but that isn´t hte only reason why I am giving you a +1, the second reason is that your staff application is very detailed and you answered the questions correct.

I can imagine that as well, maybe you got banned and tried to get into the server with an Alt-account which will lead to a perma ban.
