The thing is, if he is constantly abusing his powers he will just get demoted from the staff team, but the application looks good and he put a lot of effort into it, if he gets accepted they will watch out that he is not abusing, if he is, he is gone from staff. On my first time I read through it, I noticed that you rushed the application a bit which is sad, because if you would have taken a bit more time writing and edditing it, the application would be more organized. But this is not the yellow of the egg, the important part are the questions and in that part I noticed some small mistakes: The first mistake is here, in my opinion you should not warn someone for FailRP if they clearly show no intention to RP, you would most likely give him a NITRP Tier I/II warn and ban. If you already told him to stop and he continues with spamming props, you should not just give him a warn for prop spamming, again, you told him to stop and he continues it, that means he breakes the rules and your orderes intentionally, in that scenario you should give him a warn and a ban, perhaps a perma ban depending on the ammound of props. When I read through the rest of the application, you're answers seem to be fine. You answered most of the questions correct, some were a bit wrong, e.g this one There you said that you would remove his props after someone was really spamming a lot of props, you should not give them a cute little warn for that since prop spamming is obviously intentioned. You should just give them a ban / permanent ban (according to the ammount of props and the punishment list). I also noticed a small mistake here: You explained the difference well, but you made a small mistake in explaining the Tier II difference. Level II punishment is most likely always a ban, as you said, the guy did it on his own initiative. Why would you just warn him about an intentional violation of the rules? They also said that RDM would be an example of a Tier II violation, but RDM can also be created unintentionally by new players, so RDM can be both Tier I and Tier II depending on the situation.
