Yeah it's called Battalion. If there isn't any then go from the next highest rank. Seems pointless adding a whole new rank when a MCO or SCO or Commander or reg hierarchy can grant. They have enough knowledge to grant people. Huge -1 Why would I trust a 2nd LT to grant stuff when reg hierarchy exists.
