Denied _____________________________________________ SMT have discussed it, while we can see the VDM being accidental, the situation feels like the rule 3.1.3 is being loop holed around to obtain an easy ship, the rule is to be used to ransom the kidnapped player for a ship or credits for their life in return, its not to be used by asking the kidnapped player for a ship, you ask the republic for something in return for the kidnapped players life i.e. (credits, Ship) and as such we will remove the VDM warn however you will be getting a Fail RP warn for the 4.1.7 rule break instead.
