Play the server more, play all the other jobs, get to know what each of them do and become apart of the community and then try to reapply too. Reason I say this is because its clear this won't get accepted from the standard that Fixer usually has towards these and this shows you are not cut out for it. I don't say this to be rude but to allow you to know how to get the job in the future. Learn more about the SCP universe and what your role would be doing. Currently you would not be able to run half of the sites departments or keep it secure. You also should get about 4 days of playtime. I recommend playing Head of Security, B7 Commander, Sr Researcher and Nu-7 to get a feel for all of the aspects you will be in main control of. Also play some surface to see what threats are coming your way and some of the SCPs so you learn breach procedure. Nevertheless, good luck with your application

Not very trustworthy for a WL application As Joe Connor has pointed out, a lot of your answers are blatant copies of his of your own words. Even if you used it to find out what really MCND is about you should've played it enough to know what to do and how to do it, not just to get the WL. Also its worded the exact same way in order of how he did it. Clearly couldn't be bothered to write your own or to learn about MCND to use your own words are order.

Neutral Good application No past experience on this server and no proof of any other leadership roles however if you have had them then that is a good sign Very low play time I recommend that you try and play some roles such as Site Advisor, B7 Commander and Head Of security to get a feel of each department before going straight for Site Director. Yes you can say what the site director needs to do but due to your small amount of playtime I cannot be guaranteed you know how every part of the foundation works and how run it correctly. My advice, get more playtime on the server (like 4 days or more) and play different Administration roles, research roles, MTF roles like B7 or E-11 and Nu-7. Then try some of the GOIs so you know each of there purposes and what they do and also even SCPs so you can give correct orders during a breach. Nevertheless, good luck on your application.

Neutral Good playtime on server Application shows bare minimum of what an SD is and what O5 is. Could be more detailed. Claimed to have ISD WL yet many people here saying you haven't, is concerning if you are lying, or possibly on another server/past rank as you said you have just got back into SCPRP. If you could show proof of this to put down people's doubts would be useful. Also Riverside PD is different to SCP RP and there is no proof you have had that either and it cannot be checked, however despite what others are saying it is a leadership role and shows you can lead people if it is true. Overall, if you gave proof of your past WL experiences and also put some more detail into your application, you'd have a +1 from me. Or just do one of the two and I'd support your WL Application. However if you have tried lying to get onto the position I doubt the WL manager will trust you with the WL. Good luck on your application.

-1 I was on at the time, you ruined a bunch of RP, almost killed me which would have made me lose my anomaly powers and the RP I had been doing and the whole time you were bragging chat about your loopholes and clearly didn't have a care back then for anyone on the server at the time, so I don't see why we should care to give you a second chance. I could maybe support it being moved off perma to something still quite long, however I do not believe you deserve to come back yet or at all really. You ruined a bunch of RP for people for your own self enjoyment and I dont see why you should be allowed back on into a community that you tried to annoy so you can have enjoyment on it again after ruining it for others. Also just because you've been reflecting does not mean you deserve to be unbanned. If anything it's just showing it took you time to realise what you did was wrong and why people wanted you banned. All your reflection should be doing is showing you why you got perma banned. Good luck on your ban appeal. Will see what others have to say.

+1 Cool idea for an MTF unit that isn't just another Nu-7 or E-11 with special anomaly powers. Also doesn't seem OP and can be used to add to the External Affairs aspect of the game and assist HoEAs as well the foundation overall. However I agree that comms for GOI shouldn't be made or even higher up comms. They should be able to be cloned once gained, therefore to stop multiple production of GOI comms to have a constant link and destory enemy comms. Hope this gets accepted

-1 Negative After seeing how you act on forums on and the game and what I’ve heard from others as of when I’ve played HoEA and the part where you had to be blacklisted from all external jobs I do not believe you are fit for the job. Also your application shows laziness. Instead of using the knowledge you should know of the job to make your application you stole parts of a wiki that makes me think your sole reason to apply is to just have the WL and be able to make money with no rp intentions. Furthermore you also say you have 6 days of playtime but the image is from when you had 3 days what isn’t a little old that’s a while back so you couldn’t even bothered to get on the game and get a fresh picture. I do not support your application and honestly believe you need to play some other jobs more and change your image of how people see you in game as I’ve not heard a good thing about you from others.

Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: HoEA, Played SA, B7 CDMR Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I have been playing on the server for a long time and I am confident I understand each aspect of the game and how the site runs. Also as the photo above shows, I have no warnings so I understand the rules of the server and how to play. I know what the SD needs to do and how to do it, for example being present at EZ Cells and being final say in punishment, making sure the site runs smoothly and giving out orders to heads of departments and SAs. This isn't as different to HoEA where you make sure to give out orders to FAs, O-12/S-66 and DoEAA while making sure the surface is running smoothly as well as relations and dealing with issues resolving GOIs. Therefore I believe that due to how I perform in that department (You may ask HoEA manager if you wish) that I will be able to perform correctly in this role. What role does the Site Director have on the site? The role of the Site Director is as the name entails to direct everyone on site. Other than the O5 Council they are the highest ranking official on site. They make sure the site runs as it should, SCPs are being contained properly and each department is running as they should. This means checking in with the heads of departments (HR, HoS, CDMRs of MTF) to get updates on what is going on in each of those respected parts of the site. They also give orders to Site Advisors who act as there eyes and ears in the foundation as they cannot be everywhere at once. This means they can get accurate reports from each area of site (LCZ, HCZ) while not having to manually check everything themselves. If you do your job correctly, there shouldn't be much to do as Site Director as all the departments should be getting everything done themselves. You essentially make sure the site runs as it should without error, and if there is any you snuff it out. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 council are in complete control of the foundation and the SCPs they contain. They know everything there is about everything inside the foundation. They are above the Site Director and essentially the Site Directors boss. As the Site Director sends Site Advisors to parts of the site to get reports, the O5 send Site Directors to sites to control them and give reports of what is happening. Only CL3+ even know of there existence and even then no one knows there true identity. Without the O5, there is no foundation. They are essentially a governing body which no one knows the identity of with an endless amount of resources and contacts in the world, using them all to protect humanity from the SCPs.
