Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:I want to join because the GOC is a highhly prestigious group in and out of the server, whether  lore or just story's. Its one of the best GOI's and even Jobs on the server and i have always wanted to join. Its not a secret group, its juts hidden by the name they can the United Nations, which i think is great. Its a very militarised and by looking at my previous jobs almost all of them are MTF's like Beta-1 or even Alpha-1, i know how to coordinate in groups and with GOC's immaculate skills communication and combat, i would love to be a part of that.

Im not sure if this is fully correct, but what i have read: The Seventh Occult War happened in WW2, the 3rd Reich wanted to militarise "Para threats" and after the destruction of "LTE -0913-Ex Machine" They began to try and use its advantages over the Rite of Solomon and gain even more power over their enemy's The Occult fought against Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps to stop them from completing the rite of solomon , After this they formed the Global Occult Coalition (GOC)
What are the Missions of Global Occult Coalition:
 Survival: 
Protecting the human race from the paranomal or the anomalous at all costs, Ensuruing the Human Race is protected from these items
Concealment:
To make sure the anomalous world is kept hidden from the public eye, to avoid chaos, like the Foundation, they destroy it quietly.
Protect:
As long as it fits the first two goals,Protect the Public, themselves and their operatives at all costs.
Destruction:
To desroy the anomalous at ALL costs and rid the earth of it, Keeping the human Race safe is key and the destruction of anomalous items is the key to the door.
Education:
Knowledge is key, the GOC will study the Paranormal and learn it before destruction

KTE:
Known Threat Entity:
An entity which is know or similar to an already discovered KTE. They have vital information on how to counter these and know their every moves from other similar KTE's
Unknown Threat entity:
An Unknown entity that has either not been discovered or little is known about said entity, being an unknown paranormal threat, normally more measures will be taken to counter it.

The PHYSICS Division is the Nu-7 of GOC, the front line and the main combatants who observe and capture the anomalous, Split into a few divisions, The Assessment Teams and the Strike Teams. Biographical Infomation
Parents were killed by Entity-732-9756 on the 8th Of June 1993, Lando was put into a foster home aged 4. He began learning about the anomalous from story's and documentary's his foster parents would watch, at 16 he enlisted in the Royal Air Force as a Cadet. As he grew older he learnt about his parents death and his hatred for the strange grew stronger. He joined the United Nations "Investigation Military Unit" aged 23 and helped in the accidental containment of what is now known as "SCP-073" After the Entity had escaped its containment unwillingly by a group known as "The Serpents Hand" Instead of being amnestied the Foundation had read his record and he had already had contact with a UTE he was offered a job in MTF Nu-7, but instead joined the GOC after being approached by a tall man in a hat.

In my last letter i told you the wrong things, apologize for my mistakes so here is the Full and proper given story. My intentions were to announce and spread the strange, the anomalous. Turn the normal into Havoc and overtake it with Strangeness. When one sun sets another rises, the one reading this could tell me day or night if one wonders where the light shines and where the water runs? As said sun rises and the water gets warmer, Colder as it sets and falls into the depths out of ones sight. I began reading and reading. Currently as i'm writing this i am halfway through my favourite book. I do suggest you read it, very intriguing indeed
Those People, the ones who hate the strange, the ones who want it dead, the GOC or the Bookburners as some may call. 4 Weeks in the library has taught me a few rules and kept those people away. 
The Foundation are also an interesting type, wanting to contain the strange, it makes me sick in the ways they complete their tasks
Or the Churchers, well referred to the CoTBG, an interesting sort. Not like Mr Synergy, a Sarkic delight. They worship….different things, also different “Factions' ' within them, The Maxwellists, the Cogwork Orthodoxy and The Last, im not really sure, some say its just a few thousand more factions bit oh well who knows. 
And just recently the “ACB '' These people also want to contain the strange, i joined them to see and it disgusts me what they do, put them in cages and take nots. One can only imagine what the Foundation does. They even and the nerve to move into Ovis city 
We are not a group of hostile actors who want death to all who hate the strange, some may do, most dont, we are just a strange activist group who enjoy spreading the unordinary 
We spread the Knowledge of the Anomalous and those SCP's that are being kept far far underground. "they call us Environmental Terrorists" How could they.
Oh boy do we all love home, where is your home. Think about that...just for a second, Personally my home is the Library,  yours? Probably your place of living. 
Some say i am funny, some call me weird. Some even make fun of my certain assets and personalities, if you get to know me i can be a cool guy, if i like your presence that is. Yes i have a short temper and in fact, i have even killed some for it, but life does go on. One wonders? What do you think of me, be honest. My story about finding the Library & The Serpent's Hand starts with…
Well again, i have lied in this, and i apologise, i know liars are not accepted but this story is too dear to me, in my mind you are lucky to hear it, i do not like sharing...really at all. 
Well it all starts with me finding the door…..
A big red door it was, creaky but blood red in its colour as i opned it i was blinded by a light, it lit up the entire road, i looked back with my eyes quenching hiding from the light so see a portal.
“Is this the end?” i said and then a voice said back to me “No Mr Norris, this is just the beginning” i was sucked into it, like a black hole. I wake up on the ground, a man in a suit looking up at me, “Hello? I said while my hands trembled, “Where am” I was cut off. “Welcome to the Library!” he replied back with a state of excitement. “Excuse me?”  “you are in the Wanderer's Library!” As he looked down on me with a huge grin, he took his hand out and i grabbed it it, the man pulled me up and handed me a book. I opened it and felt...almost loved, by the book and its presence, i look back up to ask what this book is...he was gone. I began reading and reading, ever book, new chapter, every verb was a new story. Where i was did not matter, all that mattered to me was this book.
 
I finished that book 6 hours later and left the place.       2 Days later i returned to hope to see the man who i had found out was the so called “L.S” Oh boy was i excited and proud  to meet him or..well met him. 2 Weeks later on my day out i met the Individual named as “Camryn” a fellow book worm. We met in the Library and from then became friends, They showed me things could have never imagined was real, books that could give diseases? Books that could revive loved ones. They explained to me that
The reason the library was so secret and only a few with the gift could ever know about it, was because of these Bookburners and the Foundation, if they ever found these items, they would steal them or destroy them. A book was gone what was known the the luck book now known as SCP 1025 had been stolen by a man in blue robes and a clown mask, reminded me of a game i had played, almost too cliche his outfits was, He was a field operative named “Jeremy Solinski” i found out he died when he read the book 3 hours after its Classification. Well that was it, the location of the library was exposed, or was it? They could not get in, oh the irony, with 1 book gone we had the confirmation the Foundation wanted us dead and our books gone.
 
Also met a man named “The Birdwatcher” and Girl? Named “Alice Winters”

I see such a great concern to reaching this message, seems my prayers worked. I went through a lot to seek the day this will come, I hope this reaches you well and we can share the wealth and knowledge together one day. 
My official name [RP name] is...: Jacob wright. A fine bright man full of wealth and knowledge and always wished to seek more, he used to work as a detective in Interrogation  till something changed forever.
He was left a message and was chosen to be apart of the SCP Foundation as a Department Of External Affairs Agent, this was a life changing opportunity and opened to so many doors to study more great wealth of knowledge, but I soon regretted that choice, instead of knowledge he got to see worse things of what they do to the creatures and what they do, I worked to interogate members of other Goi;s but felt it was not worth it and the worse thing they wanted him to apply for The Head of DEA but then one day that changed.
He met another man during an interrogation, his name was the The Indebted, when discussing and asking normal foundation questions I started to gain interest. He had so much knowledge it was something I have never seen,  and his GoI was The Serpents Hand. The myths were true, I always wanted to be apart of a group with such wealth of knowledge and thought it was my only chance, so I went to find out how and go over things with this man, and those things lead me right here.

My intentions when I joined The Serpent's Hand was...:  My intention to join was mostly because of the cruel place I was in, and the fact this new group offered a new light, a new beginning and story. I wished to continue in this new path and start fresh with a whole new mindset and view of the knowledge we had in this world today. 
My intentions of what im going to do is when I first join is set up in a city were I used to work  and abandon the foundation, I want to build a new place that offers the wealth and knowledge for new people and a place for them to learn things they would never imangine to know and start to see a whole new light what information can bring to a person, and I myself want to share my knowledge and make sure that it is spread so the world can be informed and a better place.
Then when im done with that I wish to meet the The Indebted and maybe cross his path one day, and we would have stories to tell each other and he can inform he on everything he knows and what he could not tell me before, from this my overall intention was to start writing books so I can have the privledge of wealth in knowledge form so when somebody asks me something, I have an answer, I want to provide everyone with a better future with the info they have learned from me and overall wish the best in what I do, and maybe even learn a bit more for myself. These were my intentions when I join if I ever get the chance.
 
I know a lot about The Serpent's Hand such as...:  I know alot about the libraries and all the important info stored within them, I know that you think keeping SCP's locked up is cruel and you want them to be free, I know that your an organization that is all over the world and expanding, and I wish to be apart of it all. I know theres lots of wealth and knowledge but you also offer alot of other things.
There are alot of storys and myths and I trust them all, I wish to make the right choice as this is the only chance I get, and if I fail to redeem that chance I may never have  the power of knowledge to do it again , theres alot I know, maybe to many, but to summerize your dedicated to security, pointing things how on how other things go and how things are treated and my favorite knowledge and how its important to me and you.
 
I would describe myself as...:  A pretty smart guy, laid back, sane, I love to communicate and talk with people, ask them question about them and then ask them if they want to know anything. Im always very curious and always willing to learn more and take big leaps if I have to.

But thats not all, I also before talked with The Writer and asked him alot of questions and about what he does, I got to see a glimpse of the book he wrote him to, after that I never figured out who he really was until now, I wish to see him again and share our knowing of knowledge and hopefully if I do we would be working for eachother. Too add on I met another man called "The BirdWatcher" He came after I built my library, we talked alot about how he ended up in ovis city and got to the topic of TSH, he ended up showing me he was one and talked about his past and what he wanted to do, he also showed me some magic, after a while of getting to know each other better he told me he does not believe in names, only nicknames.
Thats when he started to call me "The librarian" After this encounter he stayed by my side, and I became prepared to become one as known as "LS Follower" and find my story and meaning to end up in the library and to find the next step.
 
Well,  thats all I have to say, I wish to see a response soon as my im excited with the new opportunities of wealth and knowledge .
