    RDM? You pulled a gun out and shot at me, so I returned fire? As seen at 54s and 1:12s
    The gas was because a group of people failed to disperse when ordered, so I used tear gas to disperse the group.
    Being in the River is an Arrest-able Offence, I couldn't be bothered to call for your arrest, so I shot you instead. I deeply apologies for shooting you in this regard, and will make sure to order an arrest if this happens to another person.
