Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions:
I have a good track record as a Head of External Affairs and have been able to safely and successfully carry out direct O5 orders in the past, which earned me my promotion to Senior HoEA. Good examples of my work would be taking it upon myself to deal with the annoying part of GOI relations, and having been able to secure safe MTF operations on the surface by brokering deals with the Mayor. I also hold a position as an E-11 Commander, and have taken lead of serious containment issues, as well as having secured previously unknown anomalous entities and objects, and protecting the site from them. Also I used to play a whole lot of HoS a while back, I guess.
Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?:
I've been playing on the server long enough to get familiarized rather well with how exactly things are meant to work, what the proper procedures are and what actions to take to ensure the best results in an emergency situation. Also having played plenty of administration in the past and working closely with other Site Directors, I have garnered a good understanding of how you're supposed to act, the level of professionalism expected from a Site Director, and I'm able of assuming the responsibilities that come with the position.
What role does the Site Director have on the site?:
The Site Director's role is to oversee everything that is currently happening directly on site. Having near full authority apart from the O5 Council, he is responsible for the safety and security of the regular operations carried out inside the site that he's been assigned to.
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 council is a group of presumably 13 people that hold full authority over every single thing that is or happens in The Foundation. They have the ability to order all personnel and hold the power to call for any protocol, all in the name of keeping everything moving forward and continuing to fulfill The Foundation's purpose. The Council is incredibly secret about most things, and that being given not all information can be confirmed to be true. It's best to believe, however, they are there to keep The Foundation and each other in check.
