Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? yes List of all previous server staff experience: N/A Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yep Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: TP to the person who made the claim, I’d then ask him who was random killing, finally I’d look at the logs to see if that person was random killing or not and punish him accordingly if he was. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I’d ask a Fleet member to send a trainer if none are on then I’d ask for volunteers in OOC, if there are no volunteers I will TP a trainer to train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: As they may be new, I will let it slide but explain to them how to safety their weapon and if they aren’t comfortable with that to face away from everyone whilst doing it to ensure no one gets shot again. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an IC scenario so there would be no OOC punishments but IC I would politely remind them that they should salute to 2nd Lt+. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain to them that if staff deem it a punishable offence then that’s that and that not everything can physically be listed within the rules. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would calmly explain what rule they broke and what the punishment is and that they can appeal on the forums, whilst quickly linking them to it. If they carry on arguing I would punish them for DTS. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I should be a staff member on IRP because I want to help out within the community and make sure everyone's gaming experience from launch of the server is immersive and that everyone has a great time. I believe IRP can be really great if it’s rules are stuck to and keeping people who aren’t here for the RP experience away from the server so people can feel like a storm trooper or whatever they are at the time. The server for a lot of people is like a second life they are living and normally those people are the fuel for the server, if these people loose interest because they are having a bad time from minges then the server dies out. A staff members duty isn’t to just make sure the rules are stuck to but to be a member of the community that people enjoy being around, I’ll try to be just that. You can quote me on this but a server isn’t a server without its community and I’d say werewolf has one of the best if not the best community out there. So my duty would be to be apart of that community and protect the community with the rules given to people so they can enjoy the game. I should be picked over other applicants because I want IRP to be immersive and I'm sure many other do as-well so I will be active and do my best to be the best staff member I can be for the community and for you the person reading this.
