If you can proof that our system is wrong then be my guest. But it is very unlikely that it is wrong.

-1 I would recommend making a serious unban request and putting a bit more effort in to this.

This is the unban requests for Garry's mod Clone Wars RP. So you cant appeal rust bans and rust discord bans here.

Sure you can leave but that is not going to exclude you from our rules. Indeed you still decide if you leave or not but then do not complain that you are banned because of it.

-1 1.8.2 LTARP (Leave to avoid roleplay punishment) is exiting the server when receiving an IC punishment, e.g. Brig time. Since you left without getting permission from a staff member it falls under this rule. I understand the reason why you had to leave(Next time keep in mind if you are going off soon so you can avoid getting arrested.) If you would have called a staff member and asked if you could leave because of work in the morning there is a 99% chance that you would be allowed to leave and not fall under LTARP. So in my opinion you need to wait out the ban. And it is only 2 days big chance the staff manager wont see this until after the ban is over.

You have said it yourself. You didnt have an RP reason to kill me and that is RDM. Not knowing a rule exists does not mean you can break them. It is your own fault that you didnt know the rules we have put in place for the server.

Cheese summed it up pretty well. If you would have wanted to play on this server you would have kept that in mind before getting all of those warnings.

I agree with camo you took the risk of flying to close. This happend it can be an accident but i guess it was a calculated one since you took the risk. In my opinion warn should stay.

I think a second chance can be given out. But mess up i would say permanent no suggestion tag. You will have to wait for one of the SMT members to reply to this.

Neutral Warning should be changed in to "constant inappropriate behavior in ooc"

As the staff member in question i will do my side of the story. Before you made the claim you and your friend (Razor) have been minging around. I have told you twice to change your name (You named yourself FMO Stiched and changed the job name as well to Field Medical Officer while being on reserve medic job). After that Razor was making dumb claims like 'ticket for jendo' and i know that you and razor were in discord together(So there is a big chance of you already knowing what has been going on). After having told razor to not make stupid claims twice (one time next to you, so now you knew for sure. ), you have made a claim requesting a 'rape swep' besides the fact that it is not a normal question to ask you and your friend have been displaying constant mingery. I considered this the last drop and warned you for wasting staff time. Log screenshot:

+1 From what i could read it sounds genuine and after 2 years i think you deserve a second chance. But this story is one sided at the moment and the chance is very high that Auster will deal with this unban request. So if he still remembers you he will make the correct decision if you are to be unbanned or not.

Neutral I can't find anything on your ban in our logger. Have you changed your name after you got banned? And now with the information i got i would say that a permanent ban was maby a bit harsh. I think that we could bring that a bit down. The reason for the neutral is that i have very little information to make an actual judgement. - Henk

-1 You have used multiple ALT's and you have also reached 30+ warns. Don't think you deserve the chance yet to get back to the server. You would need a really good excuse to get unbanned in my opinion.

-1 You did break the rule and it seems quite special to me that you managed to crash in to an whole debrief. Next time try to test it out in single player to make sure that you know on how to fly. I think that it is still a bit to early to be unbanned.

Yes i have already talked to an superadmin and they took care of it. This was a mistake from my side and i apologize.

Please use the template otherwise it would not even be considered getting accepted. And once you actually make one with the template i would give a good reason on why we should unban you.
