Neutral I completely agree with list here. You are a very nice guy and you have reached the rank of EXO which shows you are capable of certain staff qualities but you usually are the low tempered Scottish guy which in staff could become a bit of a problem. In staff we have to deal with mingy CT’s that sometimes take a lot of effort to stay calm. I do believe that you can improve on that but I would like to see that you are capable of staying calm when someone annoys you. Dont take this the wrong way man. You are a great guy with a fun personality. Good luck

-1 Your are pretty new to the server so I recommend you get your playtime up a bit and you get a higher rank. But I can see that you put effort in the application, so don’t hesitate once the apps open again!

Neutral You are a nice guy but I feel like the application has been rushed a bit. Some questions answers are not what they are supposed to be. For example question 5, you say that you were in the same situation but the questions should have been answered as what you would do in that situation as a staff member. And the rest of the application just looks a bit rushed. I do think that you have some experience from CG and know how to handle minges well. Good luck.

-1 You have a low playtime, I would recommend you get at least 2 weeks of playtime before applying again. You are also a low rank and would say to get at least MJR+ before applying again. Application wise you have answered some questions well and some are questionable. You didn't meet the word requirement of 250+ words at the last section. Good luck.

The reason for the Neutral/-1 is that as wanted said you're actions that you have answered are questionable. And from what i have heard your behavior is not the best. You were also struggling a bit with the last part where you had to explain why you deserve staff over someone else. Good luck.

+1 The interactions i have had with you were all positive and over all you are a nice guy. But as the other staff members have said you just got EP. This does mean you have some experience with ULX on our server. You dont have that much experience on the staff side but I believe that you can learn and improve on that. Good luck

-1 I agree with archer these jobs have been made for down time. If people are afk on job that is their fault.

Neutral This is a job that is part of plat vip. Taking this away will make it less attractive to purchase. But I have 2 idea’s one that includes the vip jobs keeping it and one that does not include the vip jobs keeping it. (Posted these under the rule changing one as well but they fit better under this post) What could work is if it would be made that the batt sec job is gonna be for ex batt members (little bit like RC auxiliary.) But this would take away the chance for the plat vip members to use the job. You could also make it like if you have SO+ in a reg you can request batt security. Then you get some basic trainings and then you could also let them follow battalion around because they are (probably) not mingy people. You will still go away if the battalion asks you to. (Would still require vip and plat vip)

+1 I think you can be unbanned from the Teamspeak on a one warn basis. This means if you would break any rule you will be perma banned again.

Neutral Alright hear me out. I do agree that this stuff should not be said. But we get cut out messages so i think you should talk to SMT and show them the full conversation and give some backstory. And then SMT should also have a talk with defrexx.

+1 It sounds like he wants to play the server with good intentions and it has been an while since you were banned. But I believe that putting you on a 1 warn basis for 2 or 3 weeks would be good.
