Have you read the rules of SCPRP and understand them?: Yes, First of all, what the fuck. Not to insult you or anything, but 1 word answers, even for the rules section, is just disappointing. Usually you write down the core rules in the application in your own words so that we can see you understand them, but even this just makes me annoyed. Secondly, the fact that you said you shouldn't kill anyone else if they look at your face and you are chasing 096-1 cause it's MRDM is stupid. 096 is allowed to kill anyone he wants without being warned if it doesn't break RP or rules. For example, anyone that looks at 096's face, 096 is able to kill that specific person. Plus, it's the persons fault for looking at his face. Clearly you have no understanding of how to play 096, leaving me with no choice. -1
