I primarily make websites both the front and back end. I am familiar with languages such as Python, SQL, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript. I also have a college project which I had to work on for my final exam which I can show as evidence and my GitHub repo. I am always doing my own research on coding and making my own programs and sometimes I make programs for friends.

Why do you want to Dev for Werewolf Gaming?: Just want to help out. It is something I plan on doing as a career and to add another language would improve my portfolio and also I would get to help the server and the community that I have played on for the past 5 years. Be able to help out with anything as most languages are the same once you learn one of them the rest fall into line and become easy to pick up.

Only spoke to Tasker once or twice but when I did he was very chilled. This was a year ago also and the fact that he is still dedicated to the server after this long shows his determination to help out as staff. A lot of IC experience and his application is written very well.

From the few times I have spoken to Chim she seemed very immature and I have spoken to you multiple times when you were "drunk" in the teamspeak server. Not a very good example for server staff to be setting in my opinion.

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: Not as much now but since I will be at university for the next few years and will be playing the game again more recently. I am always in TS from time to time and will become more active.

State the role of staff on the server: Staff are there to make sure that the server is a fun and fair place for players to enjoy the server. Whether that means helping new players out with mods to make sure that they are able to understand them or banning people who have broken the rules. The main role is to make sure the server is being played how it is meant to be and to lookout for players who may be breaking the rules and ruining the experience for other players. Also staff may use the SoD job to take time away from RP and fully dedicate their time to staff and making sure that the server is running smoothly in terms of players.

1 ) For how long were you a staff member on IRP: Around 5 months.
 
2 ) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team: Admin.
 
3 ) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why: Resigned and tried to join the navy.
 
4 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: I have just taken a break after trying other things in life and feel like that is what was needed. I am eager to play the new server also and have a lot of motivation to help out when it launches. I have also familiarised myself with all of the rules and spoke to some of the old staff.
 

 
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
 
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:  To begin with I would go to a secluded area which is outside of RP so that it would not affect any in-character situations. I would then bring the player that had made the ticket for RDM. After bringing them, I would ask them to explain the situation and also if they had any evidence which may show that it was intentional. Then I would bring the accused player and ask to hear his side of the story as if he is a new player or simply didn’t know the rules then I would be able to inform him and maybe just give him a verbal warning or a kick with the rules to give him time to go over them and read them. If it was an experienced or veteran player then they would be warned accordingly to their previous warnings either ending in a ban or another warning.
 
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would first begin by telling the player that they shouldn’t contact staff to train cadets instead they should use their communication channels to see if there is an NCO+ present to train them. I would then tell them that I will see if there is a trainer available and ask him to train the cadets.
 
3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to secure their weapon: There is no reason for staff to intervene in this situation unless someone had made a ticket for ARDM.
 
4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: I would handle it IC due to the fact that I can’t do anything as staff in this situation.
 
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I would explain to them that FailRP isn’t just one specific rule and it applies to a number of offences that the player is able to commit. For example if someone is speaking OOC while in an IC situation then I would tell them that is FailRP. I would then warn them for FailRP.
 
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would tell them that staff word is final and that there is no point in arguing the point on the server or making another ticket as it would just be wasting staff time. I would then tell them that they are always free to go to the forums and make an appeal or a staff abuse report if they feel that they have been treated improperly or punished in an unfair manner.
 

 
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):  I think that I stand out among other candidates because I have a lot of experience on other servers and particularly in the game mode that the server is switching to. Another reason that I think I could become staff is that I am dedicated to the server and I am making a return full time and committing. I feel like I am liked on the server and hopefully people would like to see me as staff on the server. I want to help the server grow also and help people out on the server so that they can have a good experience on the server. Just wanting to help out and coming back to the community since I will have a lot of spare time over the next year or so. I have a good understanding of basic Ulx commands which may make it easier for me to become a staff. A big factor I think is because I am in the time zone the server is in which enables me to be on during peak hours. I feel like I can also be on a lot and not be inactive which would make me a good staff member during the day to take sits. When I was on the server, I took a lot of sits and was very quick in doing so. I will always want to help out where I can even if it is with other staff members and they need a second opinion or just help with a random situation that they might have.

I've known Nathan for a long time and he has held high staff ranks on CWRP which shows he is trusted. He has good knowledge of our rules as they are always being altered to stop people from abusing the loopholes. Generally, a well-known active guy on the server even though it only launched recently.

You have been staff before and from what I have heard you were a claim monkey. That is always a good thing as we do get a lot of sits that don't get taken as of recent. We had a little spat before but we have spoken a lot since then and you have shown me that you are capable and intelligent enough to be a staff member.
 

The noise you were making was not you trying to escape from a gag. It was you slurping. When you are gagged it is muffled speaking. Even with all of this, not saying this is true, but one of the people said you also did a ‘/me wants orgi’. Either way as the staff member who banned you I know this could have been a mistake and so I will gives this a +1

I know you are a good guy and have some experience with the forums but this format is beyond me. 
 

Now onto the application. Overall the application is good, some decent answers with strong layering to them. This not only shows you have took the time to read the rules, but you have revised them in some way.

Only downside I have is your activity. I understand real life always comes before the server but if your activity improves I would see you as a great staff member.

The reason for your perma ban was reaching 30 warnings and your previous warning was for breaking FearRP. You are taking this out of context to what actually happened and so for this reason I will -1 this.

He has a lot of staffing experience and from speaking to him, he is what the server needs at the moment. In terms of the staff team I feel he can be a new motivated staff member and can handle a lot of situations. Very calm and collected would love to see him in the staff team. Also he has no warnings. Not many people can say that.

The reason I went straight to a ban in this situation is that I watched you stand in front of Pollok for a while before you shot him. He was also in plain clothes and you even said in the sit you knew he was a Reich official and that is the reason why you shot him. You then proceeded to say 'By the power of everything, fuck you, Pollok'. You shot him in the face. Also, you meta gamed Pollok and said you knew he was a Reich official and this is why you shot him while he was in plain civilian clothes.
