Duncan, I mean Dunstan has proven himself within the Wehrmacht as a CO and is very competent. Also his application is very well written and contains nearly all of the knowledge that is needed to become a staff member.

He is a very nice person that is very approachable and has a good temper and won't lash out when he is annoyed. Will be a great peoples person and is very liked on the server.

It is a decent application but lacks some more detail and in depth answers. This would have been a +1 if it was a little bit more detailed.

There were 3 or 4 of us that were killing people and it was a while ago. I do think I deserved a ban but not to the extent that it is permanent.

I see where you are coming from with this but as Viko stated what is the point in you having the R75 added to your inventory is it is just there to be 'cool'. It would not benefit the OrPo in anyway as you already have a few vehicles that you can use to respond to certain raid's and such.

From this I will be giving your suggestion a  -1 simply because it is literally pointless OrPo acquiring a R75 which they would most likely rarely use for it's dedicated purpose.

I wanted to say the application is well written in the terms that it has a lot if not all of the content needed to become a staff member. However I have seen your conduct In-game and on TS3 and it does not reflect on your application at all. In my eyes you are relatively new to the server (You may have been before) and the formato of the application made it very annoying to read.

In conclusion I will be giving your application a Neutral due to the fact that I think you have what it takes to become staff but you are not fully exploiting your potential. Also this is due to past encounters with you and how I have seen you conduct yourself In-game.

I have read through your thread and had a think about the situation and how you were actually warned. I do see where Johan was coming from with this as if you were actually there in RP you wouldn't say spawn another Kubel. I also see how this could have been a very simple accident or slip of the tongue where you did not mean to say this.

In conclusion I will be giving this application a Neutral due to the fact that I can see where you are coming from and how it may be somewhat annoying to get banned for this. However, I can also see Schneider's side of the ban because you wouldn't say 'Spawn a Kubel' in a real life situation.

I agree with what Weene is saying, I have also noticed myself that RuSHA has became less and less active over the recent weeks. I also feel like this will be able to help out with the OrPo and the SS as Schneider stated as the OrPo is currently being used for this purpose and can focus more on general police duties rather than being a SWAT team.

This would also bring a whole new dynamic to the server in terms of RP and give players a whole other factor that the can counter and be able to fight against. Also a great opportunity for events as they will actually have some type of force for city combat.

Overall very good group in my opinion and would love to see it added.

-1 That regiment was very low in activity and popularity. Besides that as Stellman said we are in much need or men between Bruno and Caesar as it is. Adding another regiment to the mix will just progress the situation further and drive down activity.

+1 Most deserving of staff I think and if not the best candidate

Firstly Daniel Dietz was a Navy SEAL that died in Afghanistan during an operation. Secondly you can't have a name of a famous dead person.

-1 You shot me in a sit, you were RDMing people and also just generally saying stupid things through your mic. Also tried to shoot another sit. 

-1 I do not know who you are. I feel you need to make yourself more established and known on the server before applying for staff. The application is very good overall which does make me see you as a good candidate for staff in the future but not yet.

-1 Ban was perfectly issued and I was one of the staff who came for a second opinion.

-1 22 warnings literally stupid also in less than a year. This shows that you are not aware of the rules or just don't care for them.

+1 I have seen him be demoted but honestly after that he has displayed dedication to the server and he can improve on himself.

-1 From my time on the server I have built up an opinion of many people and one of these people was Zeref. From my time in Battalion he may have held a Regimental Hierarchy rank but he does not display his leadership and confidence to fulfill a role in Battalion. All I have to say.

I think you are a good member of GD and are very competent and serious in-game. As far as the application goes, it has quite a  few grammatical errors which could have easily been corrected if you had checked over your application before posting it. I also don't feel like you are very well known on the server or the community as a whole yet as you have only reached the rank of Unteroffizier (not really a bad thing). One of the positives about this application is that you have some former staff experience on a SWRP server which is quite large and well established. Despite this I don't see you ready to be staff just yet. For this reason I will be giving your application a -1.
