    He may be a reject but he is mature well known and has a good knowledge of the responsibilities that being a Battalion member brings. He was old 212th Hierarchy which shows that he can be dedicated and focused. Really cool guy to be around. He knows when he has to be serious.

    I have no doubt about meeting requirements as I know personally from my time on SWRP that you meet the IC rank requirement as you are a member of Battalion.

    First off he should have gotten it last time in my opinion, and from the response he almost did but they didn't want to accept too many people at that period. He is incredibly active and still balances his work/game time very well. He is incredible with handling situations and dealing with complicated messed. I know a lot of this because I have probably spoken with Zab almost every day for over a year with ourselfs each being under eachothers command at differnt periods and also now I am supervising for his regiment.
    He never rushes to conclusions and also takes input very well and listening to all sides, he is a very kind and fair man. He is also incredibly hardworking and has put lots of effort into this community and would make an excellent staff member. This may sound biased but he is the strongest candidate in my opinion. It would be almost insane not to accept Zab into staff this time round.
