To elaborate on this situation. Rain had seen an O5 member with a pistol. He then killed the O5 moments later for having said pistol, which was a valid kill as the O5 member was seen to be armed. Later, the O5 called a sit and azazal claimed it was metagame, as he could have shot any other person in the room, but he shot the man in the suit instead.

Not knowing the rules doesn't exclude you from them. It's just a warn, take it lightly and learn from it.

Hello there! On this server, there is no such thing as "downtime". Its an RP server, I'm not sure where you thought it appropriate to start shooting everything in sight. MRDM warrants a permanent ban, as it shows you do not intend to RP. Unless it has been a good amount of time, i don't believe you deserve to be unbanned.

Usually, there is a little more to a perma ban than just being a nuisance. It would have been constant mingery with the expression that you are not here to roleplay. Assuming you were banned for small, but numerous counts of rulebreaks/mingey acts, i believe a few months worth of time out will suffice if you really want to come back. If this is the case i believe you have served your time and too hope to see you back on the server reformed. If you do come back, I implore you have another few reads of the ruleset and try not to be annoying again. However, we must wait for the admin who banned you to explain the situation a little more.

Hello, its me, Jason Haze, the admin which banned you. From the time myself and other staff members were on we had recieved mutilple reports of you being mingy and annoying. This included spamming OOC with information and everyone wanted you to stop. When we receieved the report of you trying to get 049 to drink something, I asked you directly if it was a harmful drink, you replied with "apple juice". If you really want people to stop disliking you and get respect within the community, you need to calm down, and i mean alot. You constantly boast about your actions and degrade others (such as MR Adde) with things that dont really concern you and you minge way too much. You seem to be full of energy and you use it all on this server, sometimes in a negative way. Please take it from me, understand why many people of the community dislike your actions, and learn how to imporve yourself and stop talking about everyone in a negative way, such as saying god needs to flood this earth again to kill people like them, so they can learn to start respecting you again. It may take time, but its the only way. Try to do actual RP instead of trying to feed an scp sulfuric acid for whatever "RP reason". Be thoughtfull, be kind, be respectful, otherwise the next course of action probably taken by a staff member is a perma ban, and i dont want to see that happen. Good luck in the future my friend, listen to what others have to say about you and i hope to see you back after the ban reformed.

Denied Word count is bare minimum, the evidence for play time link does not work and you are not known enough. I suggest playing SA or DOA (If you have VIP for DOA) or atleast making yourself a little more known with your capabilites. Also for next time, improve the word count. You may reapply in one week.

This means you may attempt to cuff them, instead you broke fear RP and shot the CSB officer who might I add did not even try to shoot you after you broke out. You then proceeded to shoot an e11 specialist and the B7 CMD for attempting to detain you after seeing you had just shot a CSB officer after breaking fearRP. I also think you had an AOS order on you at the time...

There are specific SCP rules which a few of us would like to see altered so we could engage in specific roleplay situations. The rules for scp's such as 076 and 682 prohibit them not killing anyone they see on sight. I suggest we keep a part of these rules true so they cannot team up with ci and such, but so they can RP a little more. For example, i propose that we allow scp 076 and 682 to somewhat "co operate" with humans, meaning they may speak and do things with people, but not choose who to kill and who not, such as teaming with ci. last thing, it also says "no rules" on the rule list for 682, so if this suggestion does get denied, it would be nice to see the description altered.
