Joker's event plan idea seems like a fun event to play, which I like. Your PME is a bit weak, lacks creativity and only seems fun for the person playing said character, but not fun for others to play against. 

Joker himself has been active on the server and as currently Trial EXO he's in a trustworthy enough position to prove himself.

Reading through your application, it lacks originality and spice in my opinion. Obviously this is only Garry's Mod, but compared to your EP application submitted to CWRP from the past, this has not enough originality to be a decent plan for an application.

However, Cholof himself has plenty of experience in my opinion, and although the application on paper may lack creativity, I know that future events of his wouldn't.

Event idea and PME themselves carry this application. Clearly well thought through and looks like it could be a fun event. However, that is only theory and the event plan itself may be complicated and complication causes problems.

Having all these working side by side will be difficult, but other then that all positives from me.

Although people will call for bias, this is. I've known Pagan for a while, but he's an old player with plenty of experience when it comes to CWRP in general. He is very level headed but isn't afraid to say what needs to be said. Although being called mingey and what not on his return, he's proven himself with his dedication to rank up within GM and been able to achieve SOF also. Would be silly to deny him to be honest.

Why should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum)
Previously, with my experiences with Battalion, I became accustomed to the role quickly and performed well when leading during events. I am a skilled individual, and when it comes to leading with moral, with strategy, and with passion, I’m the man. I am stern when needed, due to my experiences as Commander of CG, we had to be the best in terms of behaviour and how we displayed it. With this, I was very professional in my role. Hence my previous experiences, my past ranks, and high leadership roles, it is shown that I am a dedicated individual, gathering many previous high ranks in the past, ranging from both clone and jedi sided jobs. I am able to incorporate this into my leadership, as I have a vast knowledge of each role needed to play in planetaries and base attacks, when needed. I can conduct the base well, and never fall short. I will conduct fun trainings for clones in need of it, and am able to manage a base, just like the role requires. I am trustworthy and responsible, and the best suited candidate for Battalion. Proof of my trustworthiness comes with my Temporary roles that I have been fulfilled upon, assisting different regiments across my time, most noticeably DU and CT. With my dedication, I was able to help each regiment one at a time, further proving my skill as an individual, as well as a team member.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)
Battalion have many important roles when it comes to clone sided things. Mainly, a Battalion member will have to lead all the clones to a good standard in battle, being able to defeat whatever threat opposes them. Also, Battalion need to run the base well, granting and denying things when necessary and making sure people have things to do during Defcon 5. Battalion also are supervisors of each regiment. They are not a 4th Hierarchy member, more of an overseer who gives guidance when needed, and reports to High Command whenever problems may occur, or even when solutions have been made and recommendations are put forward. Battalion also provide trainings for said regiment that they supervise; each training must be engaging and have some beneficial lesson to it. Battalion are to look professional on base at all times, to act as a role model so more people look up to them, and to not deface the reputation of Battalion.

Battalion are to mainly stick with their supervised regiment, with Battalion, or wherever the leading Battalion have ordered them. They are not to overrule the leading Battalion, and should try not to frontline, however advice can be given through Battalion comms.

Like stated by others, shit that happens like this before map switch can still result in punishment. It has done so in the past before.

My other way at looking at this is examples of previous members of staff, whether SMT or not, who have done equally as bad shit and have been told off, but not punished. For example, when Hash MRDM his whole regiment whilst on his Jedi job, he didn't receive full punishment as it was a quote on quote accident as he accidently deflected some bullets, but then heavy attacked, slicing a lot of members dead.

However, this doesn't mean other members of staff can do it, and should get away with it.

Auster has stated it was an accident, and obviously Syn or whoever can pull out punishment were necessary. Accidents happen, and whether they broke a rule or not context is needed for such situations. 

In regards with what Auster said, he never understood the power of the ship he was in, and as stated by the Manager it needed a nerf.

I won't mention too much regarding the PME part Clopter has stated, which is completely valid, however I do not care as time before when Schumacher has been playing as this Senator, no problems have been caused what so ever, and to only bring it up now instead of time and time before just because there is an admin abuse thread, holds very little relevancy, as both the Event Management team could've brought it to SMT/CAT, or if there was such a problem about it, SMT would've stepped in already.

Accidents happen, if it was a normal player they may or may not have been punished which needs to be taken into an account, and as Schumacher hasn't caused any problems in the past with things like this, I think people are deeping it too much. Auster is in the wrong, but that will be down to how CAT want to handle the situation.

Difference is Wardon didn't do it by accident, he took control of the ball turrets and purposfully shot down the the other LAAT in the air, as well as attempting to take another one down. The reason I am so sure on this is I was the one that banned him and his companion, thus causing said demotion.

Just embarrassing yourself more making an unban appeal, genuinely tragic. WG lives in your head rent free and you're just mad you got caught. Didn't admit to cheating so honestly don't think you've changed.

If someone is lagging/attempting to crash the server whether intentional or not and a staff member notices, they're not gonna drag you into a sit, sit you down and have a chat to tell you not to do it. Not saying you did it on purpose, but whether it was purposeful or not the argument of "I wasn't taken into a sit and if I were I would've stopped" isn't going to get you far. They don't know what your intentions are, so it's better to be safe than sorry.

Now you've made an actual unban request though, explaining why, what you did either way is pretty dumb, but i'm sure you'll get unbanned or have it reduced at least, since what you were doing CAN crash/lag the server, doesn't matter on your intentions.

From my time as CT Temp VC Geovani has been very competent and has shown his worth by sticking aside CT for so long. He's done a very good job with it and is still focusing on it. Good luck.

It isn't hard to get 100 claims each week, and with ULX Geovani will be able to create more interesting trainings, so staff could assist him with being able to focus on his regiment, not take his focus off it.

Although myself and CG have had troubles in the past with Mort when it came to PK, Mort has shown himself to change and has done for the better. With what Toxic said, none of that is true anymore and find it quite a hypocritical comment. Good luck Mort, and very well done on changing for the better.

Just to comment on this, Toxic doesn't play the server properly anymore anyways and has no interactions with Mort anyways, so it's retarded for him to even comment on his application.
