Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min: I believe I should be picked as an event-planner because I have lots of ideas already, some events will require volunteers some will not. I have lots of knowledge on the SCP Universe as a whole and if required I'll always get more and more information to help me with events. I don't like to brag so I won't give myself a rating on RP skills but if its for an event no matter how small it is, I'd take it fully seriously and if needed ask for supervision. I'm new to staff entirely if I get accepted but I do know how to balance events. I might even have a possible MC&D event up my sleeve. I know not to leave the GOC out as well unless other GOIs are left out, I do not know about CI because I consider it 90% no RP whatsoever (Sorry if I'm being a bit biased but I've nearly not seen CI once do actually anything other than cause chaos whilst the Foundation is most vulnerable which is in their name 'The Chaos Insurgency' I know). If I have an idea that pops up for CI I'll do it as long as they play along although I can not be certain. I have had the role of Head of Research & Development for a long time so just take this as I have experience at least with events which would be mostly Plague's events to do with Forge or his main storyline that has been going on for a while now. I'm a person of responsibility so if something were to go wrong I wouldn't want to back out of it as it would cause more harm than good. I do admit in-game I mess around even a little bit but most of the time if I'm bored I'd leave the server, I don't admit that I minge too much or hold much against anyone unless they've been particularly a personal problem, I've learnt from past mistakes and think I'm ready for this role. 
Your event plan:(Before I had a plain event idea which even I at first thought was too plain but worth a shot, so I'm going to change it whilst it isn't too late and SMT view the application if that's alright): The event starts with the site being as it is, but there is something strangely different about the facility that day. The site may meet a new foe which is not The Chaos Insurgency, not the creations or family tree of Forge. Something new. This entity likes war, death and famine. It is the very definition of Chaos. This entity was born superior to the human race like many anomalies in or out of containment by the SCP Foundation and other Groups of Interest but this one does it for entertainment in watching the chaos unfold. The creature's name is "Make War not Love" which is essentially the other way round to the iconic quote "Make Love not War". This entity is capable of changing one's directives or even actions entirely just so it can watch bad things happen, the entity in question is a lot similar to SCP-106 who loath torture and genuine fear off of it's prey. (Quick note: It has been done by Plague recently making E-11 go rogue but if you ask him it was mostly my idea, for a genuine storyline for now I could continue this as a campaign). This entity doesn't just like to watch chaos unfold but to test if the 'prey' it is facing would come up with a counter to it. So far in all of its years it has not found anyone that outsmarts it which is why it went before to the SCP Foundation facility located in Ovis City after plenty of travelling to put personnel to the test, it appears on surface and attempts to get the SCP Foundation's attention by placing lots of hostile instances it creates or causing damage to the town. We will find out again when it returns for the second time and see where it comes from or what it is. They know numerous Foundation facilities and have goons to carry out small tasks for it to achieve chaos and destruction and have even pressured The Chaos Insurgency into taking part in such activities. (OOC: In future events for the storyline I'm still thinking of new ideas and have considered trying to corrupt the GOC in Ovis but would be too overpowered against the SCP Foundation and would only be fun for them and no one else so that isn't an option).
Quick Note: Be more than happy to criticize me I'll be fine with learning how to improve and have more event ideas such as SCP-1504 'Joe Schmoe', SCP-093 'Red Sea Object' ResearchRP event and SCP-1879 'Indoor Salesman' who would essentially just go door to door at either bases, houses or businesses and teleport inside then make ridiculous deals at random and all GOIs might want to capture him. Most attempts are unsuccessful since he just goes behind a door and disappears. Volunteers or event staff would become MTF Rho-9 'Shoos Salesman' Agents and try to hunt him down sent by the SCP Foundation for an interview or containment of the object. 1504 and 1879 would both be appearing on surface out of nowhere not just suddenly be in Foundation with the excuse of "He's been transported from another facility".

+1, I've seen and talked to Sanderson in-game and out of the server, if he had personal problems which Clint just proved then he deserves an unban. Was also a decent commander for Nu-7.

I have spent a lot of fun time with him.

+ User makes some great Roleplay
+ Is experienced in working with A-1/ISD/O5s on his time in the site
+Has helped A-1 protect Council Members and is vallued by their command.
-Wasnt seen playing SD/HOEA/ECM but the timeless hours of playing HR and dealing with his department overrule this as he has shown leadership skills.

Yeah pretty much Russian dude, would be nice to have a group made but we are just spreading ideas, it shows that we have at least a little imagination rather than do the same things over and over, One person commented about the Serpent V5 which I had no idea about since I am not an OG to the server, but all I wanted to do was spread my imagination with others rather than have a full blown argument, the reason for more raids is because very few happen a lot of the time and the SCPs breaching is because researchers are either not on, not testing etc, and the breaches happen every hour or so which can make it boring for the people who want to play SCP and so if this is put in the game they can have fun and others can do more, improving RP for containment. The fact you said that you believe that we will do 0 RP is completely opposite to my idea, and since I am going to deal with it, I will put in the effort to make it work rather than keep it doing nothing, you are entitled to your opinion but I am telling you that if it is a new group then I will take complaints, I will even create my own discord if asked, and I will manage the WL and everything to make sure it is at its optimum state. The abilities will be balance by different debuffs as well, such as the prophet being slow and the shockers at a range do a lot less damage, also the pyromaniacs cannot ignite people at a range and rocket blast does damage to them if not careful, the shape shifters, vanishers and dashers have to be up close to attack with the knives and so are harder to play and the recruits are very weak due to their powers being there for around 5 minutes, also the name prophet is not a replica of the prophet of the Church, since he was nicknamed that after they broke out since they believed he would be the end of the whole fiasco with the test and torture, so if you look at my reasoning against yours, it is much more balanced than you think and will be used to its fullest because I will make sure it does. Thank you Russian for bringing up your concerns, but they have been explained to the fullest I can provide and if it is a group I will deal with any further problems anyone has, so just message me over Steam about it if it is a thing, thank you.

What it is:
This group is a new GOI in town of OvisCity full of civilians with some type of weapon, the group has a structural ranking hierarchy system and only the most loyal of members get a place at one of the high ranks. This group literally hours ago sounded like not such a bad idea to me when it first occurred but 1 comment reminded me how oh so wrong I was, I didn't have high hopes for the first idea so I am gonna add new stuff with some useful tips and ideas from the commenter.
Why it isn't bad for the server:
This new group's idea used to be Allah Gang but someone told me a much better idea and backstory so that it actually makes sense and doesn't sound very mingy. 
Main goals and why it came to exist:
The backstory in how it came to exist sounds simple but sort of interesting in some ways, a small group of 5 Class-Ds escape the high-tech top secret underground SCP facility leaving behind some horrible memories of temporary friends dying, unforeseen horrors that could have awaited them, etc. They escaped with many Foundation files and saw their secrets that they definitely weren't authorized to see. The leader was the one who suffered the most, constant hate and harassment from the guards, horrible cell conditions, and many threats to death, the leader long before he became a Class-D was wrongfully convicted of a crime he didn't commit and was sent straight to death row, the SCP Foundation however offered him for just a month of hard and dangerous work and he would be set free, his expectations did not help him. More and more people were told about what happened by the 5 members and more people joined it. Would OvisCity be full of civilians plotting their revenge? The Class-Ds will also get more people in it by having these specific jobs, one of them would be infiltration and to kill foundation administration staff etc.
How you know I'm not gonna make this group mingery:
I really like roleplaying on this server, I think this group should be serious and not most of the time just joking around.
A little more on the story:
The Class-Ds as soon as they escaped also received some comms and were hidden by the Chaos Insurgency when they told some people about the Foundation and why they hated them, the CI then gave them weapons and clothing including some shelter too, of course, they had to be interviewed by the top of the top of the hierarchy of the CI, they exchanged goods for more information on secrets.
Hierarchy and job ideas:
We could have the highest person in command to be the Orange Rebellion Leader (lv 40 and 1 slot job) which would be a WL job, there could also be the Negotiator (WL, lv 35 and 1 slot job) who talks to and makes deals with other GOIs for Orange Rebellion's causes and maybe trade goods like anomalies etc. There could also be the Infantry or Troopers (lv 20 and 4 slot job) of the group who would be the lowest ranking members of the group who would be equipped with standard weaponry like SMGs or maybe rifles, there would also be the "Leakers" (lv 30 and 2 slot job) who would leak information of the Foundation to people of OvisCity so they could get more people to join their cause, I know this sounds a little far fetched but maybe the Leaders could have SWEP or get a staff to give them a life-long job in our cause, if they die then it will be removed, they could become up to Cadets only though if they wanna join our cause. There could also be the special force of the Undercover Operatives (lv 35 and 2 slot job) or something that raid the Foundation just like CI Spy and steal important files or documents and maybe kidnap or kill high ranking personnel or administration staff. These jobs are just a temporary idea me and a friend of mine have had and hope it sounds good. Class Ds if they get to the surface and escape would be known as "Refugees" and will get promoted to Trooper for 1 life.
These are the rank ideas from lowest to highest in order: Cadet, Senior Cadet, Officer, Chief Officer and Leader. 
The ranks are kept short since it would just be too much, I mean CI have only 4 ranks for all their WL jobs, unless they changed it.
Me and a person called souldestroyer005  would be willing to make the application templates as well. 
 I do hope you will consider making this an official group, if you don't think it's good then I understand, it is after all a random group made by a player in the server, not many people will probably care about this group, after all, some or more GOI or group suggestions that are more RP than this were denied instead of approved, so I don't actually have high hopes for this, all I ask is that the people who will vote no for this, can you just not be mean, and also, try not to be "too" honest about it, thanks.
 
 
 
 

Why not rename it as 'The Rebellion' or something and make it so that t is a group of d class that managed to escape and have made a secret group that are basically the underdogs to the CI but are friendly and are able to get guns and hurt the foundation, basically there would be 5 classes, the leader, the negotiator, the attack squad, the info spreaders (like reporters but for the foundation), and the refugees/converts who are all able to raid and attack the facility but the info spreaders and the the negotiators stay on surface and keep doing the things they do, the info spread rumors and facts about the facility to guide people towards it, without giving away too much, then the negotiators are the ones who make deals with GOIs and make sketchy deals with the facility that are most likely going to be broken in the near future. The attack squad is made up of 6 people who will raid the facility with weaker weapons or weapons supplied by GOIs and will help raid with the CI, basically as an extra added force, the refugees is made up of d class that made it up and are converted to 'The Rebels' and they help the attack squad and the CI as well, civilians can also join, then the leader makes the plans and preaches about the times in the facility and will hype up the group about attacking the facility. The group can name themselves whatever they want since it is a bunch of people with barely any skills but know how to kill and be vicious, so not a meme group but more of an inexperienced battalion that has some that are smart, some that are savages.
